Hey my family of LincolnY’all got a 1 bc yes I really did NOT enjoy my first time experience at the service center. Kate is awesome and I was only satisfied by her compassion!! She heard me and got me answers ASAP?However that ChrisGrant it I get he’s a middle man (sort of)But Chris said per the recall my MKZ is required to take off the front tiresOk! Chris said per the lug nuts (bolts that hold the tires) the front tires will be 10 lug nuts/ boltsLastly when I called back and Kate took my call she went beyond measure to get my question answerWhich was if I brought the bolts can my RECALL be service bc per Chris said the service center WILL NOT do the recall bc my bolts was damageThen proceeded to tell me I will have to bring in 20 bolts instead of tenGranted when Chris called back the second timeHe informed me ( he misunderstood the report to tell me and the center will NOT do the recall bc my bolts are damage)I was able to get the bolts up there by my partner (I work at st.Francis downtown, 7am-3:30pm) so too make my 8am appointment and get told the center will NOT do a RECALL bc a supposedly damaged bolts on ALL tires is a complete LIE!!On the phone Chris said how he was going to go over tire prices, alignment etc but due to the phone call of the diagnostic report that I did NOT agree withChris professionalism went down the drainHe’s only there to make a buck and not for the peopleToo make a home of service for the vehicleMy experience seemed all about a sale/ moneyI had a date schedule for Feb 8 but I will go to Easley Lincoln before I spend my hard working money with Lauren’s road Lincoln service center!!! Left a bad experience and will not come back!!!!!!! Then Chris had the audacity to tell me he was waiving the fee for the bolts labor like he was doing me a favorI was only there for a recallAnd this the experienceIt’s a NO for me????????????

The guys at Fairway Subaru are all wonderful to work with! They made the process of buying a car so easy. Wes didn’t pressure us at all and gave us the time we needed to discuss things. Once we decided on our car we were pleased with the knowledge of the car Wes had! He took plenty of time to explain all the functions to us before we left and it was well past closing time. I highly recommend them!

Before settling on Fairway Subaru, we had researched and talked to a dozen or so other dealers in South Carolina and North Carolina. I was impressed by Shaun’s professionalism and hard work throughout the car buying process. He wasn’t pushy like some other dealerships we spoke with. He was down to earth and made the whole process a breeze. Jay in finance was extremely easy to work with as well. We ended up with a great deal on our Ascent and are very happy with our purchase - this is our 4th Subaru but our first time buying from Fairway - and probably one of the best experiences yet.

The worst experience ever. From the start to finish the worst part the sales person Grover Fitzgerald he said he has 30 plus years of sales well I don’t know if it selling cars or selling fruits on the weekend down the street, but thanks to the manager and his assistant I was able to speak with them and tell them my concerns about what I wanted and what I needed if it wasn’t for them I was not going to be able to purchase my daughter vehicle that she really. Thank you management for the help, We would have giving you a 5 star if I was Grover Fitzgerald he messed that up for you guys.

Recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from Fairway Subaru. The experience was excellent from start to finish. My salesman, Shaun Markarian was very knowledgeable in the Subaru cars and took the time to explain the different trim levels on all the crosstrek. After we chose the car we wanted, he gave us a few options on the prices with different down payments as well as answer all our questions. We informed that we wanted to check out some other car companies before deciding on which we liked. Not once did he tried to keep you in the dealership or pressure you to purchase a vehicle on the spot. I have purchased many cars in my life and this salesman made the car buying process the most calmest and stress free experience I have had. Thank you to Shaun and Fairway Subaru for such an amazing stress free car shopping for me and my wife. Definitely will purchase another from Fairway and highly recommend Shaun for your saleman.

Came here for an alignment in November. Noticed our tires were chorded and threading. Called to see if we could be compensated and they said they didn’t notice the condition of the tires at the time of service. Wouldn’t you think the employee would have checked that out when they’re working on the tires?Chorded inner tires is literally the result of a bad alignment. How are you going to refuse responsibility for the damage done to my tires?
