Disorganized and terrible customer service. They were already overpriced, but now also incompetent. Spent 30 minutes in the store cause the computer said they had an item in stock, only to find out they had to order it.

Stay away from this store , worst customer service . Waited forever to get service then even though computer showed in stocks there was none . This has happened on other trips before also . They had half of what I needed so I purchased it . Found everything at another place so I got it .Tried to return what I did not use and they would not take it back unused with receipt. Thats it will not ever go there again. So use your own judgment and be careful if you have to go there . Me I will travel ten miles to a different company that takes care of there customers.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Employee let me know she was heading out for lunch and I interrupted that. She continued to be very short while ringing up my sale (bought over 100 dollars worth of screws). I asked to use the restroom and she said no they have too much stock back there. Very disappointed and will online shop and not support local when it comes to Fastenal.

One of the best experiences I've had in a store. The team of employees went above and beyond to find me some small stuff l. Really appreciate their time and effort.
