Good experience at FedEx. Found where the boxes were and received help from a woman working there. They had tape to wrap up the box and to cover the shipping label. Once I was finished, I took the box with the product I'm shipping back, to the counter and was charged $4.25 for the Box, a fair deal.

The other day I came to this location I was dropping off a package to be returned back to the sender. Kyung was very nice to me during the return process. Great attitude and great customer service skills, keep up the great work!
