I wish I could give them a negative 100. The negative reviews are correct. I tried to make a withdrawal in the drive thru and they wanted me come inside. I asked what was the limit and she says she can't tell me then see says $500. So I start complaining and then she says $700. I'm like huh what the.....

Nowhere will you find a branch with better service! This is a TRUE community bank! I am always greeted with a smile and a warm, inviting attitude! Employees are effective and very knowledgeable in their field. Janet, Lacy, Janice- they are the best! They take care of our personal and business needs. If you are looking to build a positive relationship with your bank, this is the branch for you!

Every time I come to this bank I have issues. The ladies are always talking amongst themselves and not providing help in the offices. I'm trying to send a wire which I always do and it's always a hassle. I have a special account designation & they treat me like I'm a criminal. The person who gave me horrible service was Janet Dulin. I will be closing all 13 of my accounts and moving them due to this lack of service.

They take forever to cash checks, never give me large bills like I ask, and today wouldn’t cash a check over my client forgetting to put 2020 on the end of the date. If you don’t want your blood to boil every time you go to your bank, choose a different bank.

Worst bank ever! I called customer service from the bank after the teller lied to me and told me that the 7 day hold was for my safety. Keep in mind this is a check from Carmax! The person at customer service said the teller was wrong and that the check would be deposited incrementally starting the next day. Guess what, no money had shown up in my account 5 days later! The funds availability act of 1997 stipulated that a 7 day hold on the full amount of the funds is only in the case that they think the check is fraudulent. I called customer service back, no help. Called the bank to speak with the branch manager, oh she's not available. Do not do business with this bank! Their customer service is non existent! They will lie to your face with a smile! If I could give them less than one star I would!

Fantastic customer service. I have been banking with First Citizens since 2004. Very helpful in explaining any questions you have and extremely patient! I can't say enough good things about everyone there. ðŸ‘ðŸ»
