I received second opinion on my vehicle problems from you. I chose you because of your professionalism. You acted on my request 1st and then addressed my other issues. The cost was less and the repairs were completed timely. I did not feel hustled. So far so good regarding finished work. I did not appreciate the dealership handling of my request.

Took highlander for oil change and inspection dropping off with no engine faults the last 7 years. Left HALT after service complete and fault light triggered in less than 10 miles but HALT denied they could have caused it and were more interested in a $150 diagnostic fee to assess what was not broken when I dropped it off. It was an oxygen sensor. Was it just bad timing, who knows, but is an odd coincidence . Am Highly disappointed they were more interested in another fee when the car just left their shop. Will never return any of my 5 vehicles and my friends will learn the same.

Very customer oriented. Didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. Went in assuming I needed new brakes. Was given a thorough explanation of how much wear and how much was still available on my brakes. Anywhere else would have charged me for new brakes. Feel secure my vehicle is in good hands - will definitely be returning.
