Review of First Watch Restaurant:⭐⭐⭐⭐I've been eagerly anticipating a visit to First Watch Restaurant for breakfast for quite some time now, drawn in by the positive reviews and its convenient location near my home. Upon arrival, I was initially disappointed by a minor hiccup in service, but ultimately left impressed by the overall experience. When I walked in and requested a booth, the hostess kindly suggested a seat at the bar with a view. Although I wasn't aware they had a bar, I agreed. Unfortunately, I found myself waiting for acknowledgment for about 10 minutes, even though there was someone clearly present. Feeling a bit neglected, I almost left, but I decided to give it another shot. After requesting a booth for service, I was promptly re-seated, and that's when my experience took a turn for the better. A very pleasant server approached me and took the time to walk me through the menu, which I greatly appreciated as a first-timer.For my order, I opted for black coffee alongside the Morning Meditation Fresh Juice, a delightful concoction of orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar, and beet, with an extra wellness shot of antioxidant-rich vitamins. The juice was refreshing and packed with flavor, while the coffee hit the spot perfectly. As for my main dish, I selected "The Works Omelet," but with a few modifications to suit my taste preferences. I switched out the cheddar cheese for gruyere, added goat cheese (because who doesn't love goat cheese in their omelet?), and swapped the multi-grain toast for English muffins. Although there was a slight oversight with the toast initially, the server promptly rectified it by bringing out an English muffin. Both versions were tasty, and I appreciated the quick response to correct the mistake. The omelet itself was a delight, packed with ham, bacon, sausage, house-roasted crimini mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes, all topped with all-natural sour cream. The potatoes served alongside were equally delicious, though I was disappointed to learn they were out of the Bob's Red Mill Buttered Grits, which I had been eager to try.Once I received proper service, everything flowed smoothly. The food was superb, and as I observed other orders being served around me, everything looked equally splendid. While the initial lack of attention detracted slightly from my experience, I must commend the staff for their prompt resolution and the overall quality of the food and beverages. With a bit of improvement in initial service, First Watch Restaurant would undoubtedly earn a solid 5-star rating from me. Nonetheless, considering the exceptional food and drinks, I will definitely be returning to reevaluate my review in the future.Overall, my breakfast experience at First Watch was enjoyable, and I look forward to my next visit.

We've always loved First Watch for brunch. Long wait on weekends, but it's worth it. Staff is very friendly and the food is really good. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant for the first time around 9 in the morning, and its bustling atmosphere immediately caught my attention, hinting at its popularity. The staff, though busy, managed to provide great service during my brief interaction as I picked up a to-go order. However, upon reaching home and delving into my meal, I encountered some disappointing aspects. While the Chickichanga offered a medley of flavors, the fresh potatoes accompanying it were mostly undercooked, detracting from the dish's appeal. Furthermore, the iced coffee I ordered failed to meet expectations, leaving me wondering if it was an off day for the kitchen or simply a departure from my accustomed flavor profile. Nonetheless, this was my personal experience.

My 3-year-old grandson and I got on the waitlist. We checked in at the restaurant. Two people came in behind us who said they were not on the waitlist. They were immediately seated. The hostess told the person seating that she was waiting for our table to be cleared (?). The hostess was about to seat another guest who came in after us when the manager came up and said he would seat us. I told him what happened, and he apologized. After we were seated, we waited 10+ minutes before I was able to flag down a waitress who said she could help us. She took our order, then our actual waitress, Carlisa, came over and apologized and said she didn’t know she was assigned to our table. The food was good; the overall service was very bad. Needless to say, Carlisa did not get a tip. I’ll stick to the Simpsonville location as I’ve never had any issues there.

I've ordered this a few times now and it's always the same....delicious. The greens come with a dressing that is delicious. The ham and cheese omelette pair perfectly with the greens. The jam that they bring out with the toast is also tasty. The banana/granola pancake is one of the best things on the menu. It's a large pancake, my husband and I usually share. The flavors go great together. This place never disappoints. Always clean and we always get an awesome server.Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place. Definitely kid friendly.

We visited on Sunday morning in the pouring rain, 2/11/24, a smiling hostess greeted us and shared the wait time, we waited because of her delightful smile. Our server was outstanding and the customers seated around us were kind. Great overall experience.Parking: It's an open parking lot with multiple entrances and plenty of lights.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access
