Scheduled Support for iPhone repair online and upon arrival was informed the “Only Repair Specialist” was no longer there. I was never emailed this information and had no other option but to leave my phone overnight. Poor communication. Waste of time.

I waited on hold for 45 minutes to get in contact with geek squad. A female worker picks up and says “thank you for calling Best Buy.” I was doing something else as I waited so I needed to return to the phone quickly. She waited MAYBE 3 full seconds before just hanging up. In fact I just started to talk when she did it. Absolutely. Ridiculous.I am not going to sit here and rail the poor girl but it is extremely weak business practice on her part.

This has to be the WORST customer service experience I've had in my life. I bought a 72in samsung tv less than a year ago and it broke. When we called geek squad they schedule and appointment to come. Geek swuad came 10 days later and said they needed to order a new part and that they would contact me with a new appt (they never did) I had to call (always like 1-2 hours on hold) to schedule my next appointment. Geek squad again came and said the part they ordered was wrong and had to come back. AGAIN, they said they would contact me when the part arrived and they never did. I CALLED again to be put into 1-2 hour hold AGAIN. They scheduled a new appointment for yesterday and they NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Lets not forget that I received nunerous text and emails confirming they were coming. When I called again they said there's nothing they can do that I should contact SamsungIt's been a month now dealing with this issue and customer service and Geek Squad visits. I had to ask for 3 days off because of the appointments they scheduled and now they are just saying they can't fix it. A whole month wasted, 3 UNPAID days off I had to request for their visits, a ehole bunch of hours wasted on hold and no solution is made. I will never shop at Bestbuy or use Geek Squad ever again!! I must have talked to 30 different people in the last month and they all just bounce me from one person to the next, promise unfulfilled things, and DONT SOLVE THE ISSUEEE!! Stuck at home with a 2000 dollar television that doesnt work.Being a BestBuy card member sure is GREAT! Will be cancelling everything TODAY.

Sent me an email about my order with a message to call... The phone number in the email has been disconnected. I went online and the phone number listed online has been disconnected. I called the corporate number and tried for 40 minutes to get a live person and could not. I drove almost an hour to the store and was told that 'Corporate' disconnected the phones in the stores over a year ago and they didn't know why the email listed the number. Maybe I should call 'corporate'.I canceled my order and will never do business with Geek Squad or Best Buy again.

I tried to call the store to ask a question regarding repair. An automated voice answered said the store was not taking calls at this time but not to worry the national customer service could help. Went through the menu. Asked my question and was told that I needed to call the local store. I advised I had and was transferred to them. I was then advised to go to the store. REALLY?!? Make a 40 minute trip to ask a question, and that is if there is no traffic. What is the point of a phone?

If I could rate a lower rating I would. The "worker" was legitimately rude and sarcastic. He looked like he could use a salad once and a while.

Cant talk to someone at the store. You get defaulted to their nation call center with waits of nearly 30 minutes just to ask a question!
