Taylor was awesome! He helped me find clubs that fit my game and fit my price range. Very patient and helpful. Did a great job explaining why's and the technology behind various clubs. Extremely happy with my purchases and the shopping experience. Played 3's and the irons are absolutely dialed in!

Fairly small store. Ok selection of newer clubs, apparel, shoes, balls, etc. Staff was not super helpful. I don’t need a salesman on top of me the whole time, but it’s nice to be able to get help when you need it and it was lacking. Used equipment was slim pickings and really inflated prices. Some of the clubs were really rough. Had a few hitting bays with screens off. It didn’t appear they wanted anybody using them. I would’ve tried a few clubs, but none of the staff appeared interested at helping me or my son. I could’ve easily dropped $500+. overall, you can get what you need here, but limited selection and not many discounts. If possible, I’d make the longer drive to a PGA superstore which offers a lot more selection and opportunities to hit clubs.

I’ve shopped here several times and really enjoyed it. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of golf gear.

Was fitted for clubs and very pleased with the professional who helped me choose the right club. I have always liked Ping and was leaning toward the G430 but also hit the Taylormade Stealth. At no point through the fitting through the sale did anyone tell me Ping is exempt from their points program. You have to realize I drove 45 minutes for the fitting then 45 minutes back home. The next day I had decided and drove 45 minutes back to the store in order to make sure the fitter got the credit for the sale. There I was told the cost of the fitting was not deducted from the price of the clubs as I was told weeks before. No big deal I figure, I ordered the clubs. A week or so later I find out I did not get the points for a $1400 purchase because Ping is exempt from their points program. That is the main reason I ordered them from Golf Galaxy. I could have purchased the clubs from any number of places closer to me. Called their customer service and had one of the rudest most condescending conversations ever with the representative. Needless to say the entire experience has left me disgusted with Golf Galaxy. They will not be getting my business again.

My son and I had a lesson with PGA Professor Steve. He's such a great coach and finally gave me the right tweaks to get rid of my slice with the driver. Steve is such a blessing and knows how to impress kids with the right advices and games. Will definitely schedule the next lesson with him soon.

The staff was rude and did not want to sell any golf equipment. I was there to buy a driver. I hit several balls with a few different driver heads and settings , and ask questions. I asked the associate to change one more head into a different shaft and he would not switch the driver head to another shaft. I will never buy another thing from Golf Galaxy, nor will I visit their stores again. I urge anyone looking for clubs to go to smaller more customer friendly shops.

Tom is the absolute man. All i can say is if you want someone who knows golf up and down inside and out...... Hes the absolute man. And just a genuinely awesome guy who is happy to help and to get you the equipment you need to do better on the course. The entire staff is friendly and genuinely it feels like im walking into moms house when i go to golf galaxy??whole store is an awesome experience.

It’s sad that in today’s business climate that you would get kicked out of a business at 5 minutes before closing when you’re literally in there to spend a minimum of $500 or more. But that’s what happened to me just now in Golf Galaxy. I needed shoes, a new wood, and some gloves before tomorrow. I guess this company doesn’t need the money or desire to make the customer happy. Won’t be back as there’s too many other options out there.

I came in to demo a new Stealth 2 driver and the employee was very helpful. She set me up on the swing monitor and brought the club and shaft I had requested...I then hit a few Maxfli golf balls and questioned if I could hit a Titliest Pro V 1 and she abliged me!!That's when it all went southKen (someone VERY important-he presented himself) "Snatched up" the Pro V 1 balls and rudely threw down the Maxflis again!These are for scheduled fitting and lessons ONLY!! I said I hit a Pro V 1 and had just recently purchased a complete set of Stealth Taylor Made Irons and Woods and A Stealth Driver ....I wanted to see about UPGGRADING to the Newer Stealth 2!He huffed away and said "Those will work!!"Can I try the Pro V 1's please!! Adamantly ...NO Ken replied and stormed away! SMHKen needs a different profession...I will now go elsewhere for anymore of my golfing needs!! Hugely disappointed in the customer service by "KEN" today..Jack P. From Spartanburg SC

Scheduled a fitting online. Got there and Blaine was all setup ready to go. Great experience! The technology being used now is unreal and Blaine’s expertise was awesome.

Scheduled a noon fitting get there and i am told they had to many bookings for simulators and they could do it at 3 just go elsewhere
