I've been a happy customer with this store for the past decade. I'm particular about where I go, since I'm a woman & havent been treated with respect at other shops.Jeff was the Service Manager here for years & always made sure my car was safe for me to drive. Especially when I had to take long trips by myself.Recently, I brought my car in for regularly scheduled maintenance & was pleasantly surprised to find out Jeff was now the Store Manager. He takes care of his customers as if they are family. As I was waiting for my car to be finished, I saw several people bring their vehicles in. Jeff knew them all by name! They talked like they are old friends. It was amazing to watch the personaizedl service he gave to each of them. You don't see this type of interaction anymore.He happened to be there by himself that day as the service Mgr was off. He multitasked with ease by checking customers in and out, answering the phone & making appointments all while giving personalized attention to everyone who came in. I would have been flustered! But he handked every customer so kindly. You don't see this level of caring in a business anymore, unfortunately. But I always feel comfortable coming here knowing I'm treated right and always with a smile. If you miss the old days of exceptional service in a respectful environment, come to this Goodyear! You'll be a happy customer like I am!

Can't say enough good things about this service center and tech, Roger. Incredible service.Had a flat. Called while waiting for tow. Roger said no worries, come right over.Took me right in. Drove me and my dog home so we could work and go back for the car later. Good price on tires and labor. Had it ready right on time.Dog lover, too.Exceptional experience. Would recommend them to anyone.Kudos to Roger and his positive attitude to help a traveler out on a bad morning.Thanks to Goodyear and team here.

This place is a breath of fresh air. As a woman I’m no stranger to shops trying to pull one over on me. The guys up here took great care of me. They simply explained everything that was wrong with my car in a way I would understand. They even showed me the issues that they had found so I could physically see what was broken. They helped me on pricing and even made sure my car was done in time to pick up my kids from school in the afternoon. Very personable service from Jeff and Roger up front. Even the mechanic Chad took time to explain some issues I couldn’t understand from seeing them. I’ll be returning here for all my automotive needs from now on. Friendliest shop in the area

The worst service in history of woman getting car serviced. First, I have Mercedes C300 and took my car in for an alignment and oil change, mind you my husband and I have two vehicles we would always take to them. My appointment was at 12noon and I waited for the car, cause my husband was at work with the other car. I arrived at 11:30 and sat and then decided to go across the street to the auto dealership. When the appointment was made I specifically asked for Dave to be my technician, which my husband also specified. Thats why we had the appointment for him in the first place. A different technician name chad which we never asked for. My car easnt ready until 6 right at closing which was ridiculous for 2 minor services which i just bought all 4 new tires and rims from discount tires. Unbeknownst to us we have 2 residences in north carolina/south carolina and had to get an inspection for tag on the car. Inspection immediately called us in the shop and asked us we recently got the oil changed. I said yes oil was all on there shop floor. I rarely drive my car due to me working from home so its driven maybe once a week. The inspection guy flashed a light in between the my radiator and engine something was red. At that time we asked him to put it on the lift it was red rags from Goodyear technician overflowing and spillage of oil all underneath. The rags were laid perfectly 3 or 4 in the cover to protect oil pan from dirt and debris. Immediately i called Corporate and filed a complaint, we had driven all the way to Gastonia, NC and was unaware what happen to my Excellent condition Mercedes. I took pictures and offered to send to corporate which I did. Corporate the. Contacted the Goodyear location and spoke to Jeff the manager. This man stated to corporate I had a powering steer leak and also outer tire arm play and also something else i forget the lie. Mind you none of this was on my paperwork, also I've never spoken to this man or went over this with Chad. I was floored and crying at the same time that someone will lie instead of admitting their mistake. Which they couldve just told me to come back to clean up their mess or leave the car. You cant do an alignment if something is wrong with the outer control arm has any type of play.. if your not a shady shop you wouldnt get over on a woman. Which i knew everything was a lie after looking at the pictures they sent me to another Goodyear on Pelham. The manager and all the staff were very nice, patient and helpful in providing information about my vehicle. Surprise none of the things that Jeff at Goodyear lied to corporate nothing waswrong. They spilled an enormous amount of oil or started the car and it splashed everywhere and tried to cover up there mistake. Which I forgot to mention i paid additional money for Mobile 1 oil verses Vavoline oil. They overfilled my oil the oil was at the top if stick. People wonder why women is so hesitant about servicing their car with men. Being taken advantage of! End result i got a full refund but this will forever be a sore subject. I also don’t know if they even completed the work I paid.. Mobile 1 oil, alignment. Don't ever ever take your vehicle to Goodyear on Wade Hampton in Taylors, South Carolina! I guarantee Jeff the store manager will blatantly lie to save his own skin. Instead of being a truthful honest business, pelham goodyear cleaned up their mess and charged their store. I had the pleasure of getting work done at this store the staff was very friendly and professional even during a very busy time! They were upfront and honest about the time it could possibly take to get my car serviced and communicated with me efficiently. Enough about the service the actual job done was a 10/10 not only was I able to get may tires upgraded but it completely resolved the issue I was having with my car shaking. I would definitely recommend them over and over again! I trusted the team in the front and technicians in the back and will be back if i have any issues with my car in the future.

All the guys there were friendly and professional. Bought 4 tires for my jeep. Scheduled appointment and was back on the road in an hour and a half.

I have been here since 10:30 today . Was told part to be on its way multiple times within 15 to 20 minutes they haven't showed up until about 2:30.. on top of that I've been here three times just to find out that my ball joint was mess up. . they did alignment on my car twice and on top that it was a ball joint. They should have figured out that on the second time . They are trying to tell me if you're having tech work on it just drop off

I’m not sure why it takes 6 hours to put on 4 tire’s when you have a scheduled appointment. The office guys could use some training on good customer service. No parking spots available at all in their lot. I will choose a different installer next time, as should you

William is not a man of his word. Called on a Thursday to drop my car off on a Saturday he said he could get me in and then I show up and they have 3 cars and he said he couldn’t even diagnose it.

I went in on 3-28-23 for vibrations on my dashboard. Said I needed a brake job. Have gone back three different times for squeaky brakes. On 5-13-23 the problem was supposed to be fixed. Was not, soi am never going back to them. Ripoff

Jeff at front desk was friendly and helpful, and I felt the price was fair. I probably won’t go back to this location though, bc it took way too long to do very routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, and brake job). I had an appointment and still ended up having to leave my truck overnight, and half the following day. Time promised was not met by a long shot. I don’t know if this is poor time management on their end, or just taking advantage of me being a patient person, but either way, I’ve never had to wait that long for routine stuff that I had an appointment for anywhere else. They were nice enough, but my personal time is precious to me, and I value that time too much to go to this location again.
