Great place. Smelled like fresh bread with the door wide open. They had free samples everywhere and spreads to go with them. The sourdough and cookies were delicious. They also sell olive oil and other bread amenities.

New owners, different place. Smaller loaves w/ higher pricing. Quality has also suffered.

I loved GH until the new owners took over. Since then I have seen a decrease in quality and selection. As mentioned in another post the breads that have a mix in are thin or clumped all in one spot. This is a change with the new ownership. When you order a pepperoni cheese roll you expect more than 7 pepperoni and more than a 1/4 cup of cheese in the whole loaf.

I’m a big fan of Great Harvest Bread and have frequented several locations across the United States. I especially love the fact that they make healthy biscuits for dogs. That said, the quality of the dog biscuits here are not at all up to specks. They are paper thin, brittle and hard for my small dogs to chew. Whereas other GHB stores have made the biscuits thick with a little more moisture in them. Not to mention all biscuits were consistently well-made. The last time I picked up an order from the GH in Greenville, they were paper thin, like crackers. Please do better.

Stopped in here to get some cinnamon rolls for thanksgiving breakfast! Wow do these look amazing too, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. So many options to choose from here, candles, oils, bread, pastries, even gluten free and some vegan ? options! I picked up a couple scones as well and they were delicious! Highly recommend stopping by for your favorite breads and pastries!

Absolutely the best! The staff is super helpful, and the bread is amazing! I would not get bread anywhere else in the Greenville area! Truly a gem!

I love going to Great Harvest . My mom and I use to come here together so the time when I was a teenager. However today in August 15th at 2:30pm there was a lady in there working with glasses and I told her I wanted to redeem my goodie or a loaf. I choose the goodie and several times I’ve been told I could get 2 goodies long as it’s under $5 but today the lady who is new I’m assuming. I told her that I have come plenty of times ash’sand never had an issue. She rudely told me that I was wrong and the employee who gave given me goodies no matter the quantity long as it’s under $5 and said “now here is your goodie “.

The best, fresh, baked goods you can find in the area. Every single thing we've tried recently has been delicious. Any of the cakes, loafs, scones, croissants, so good! The Cranberry Orange scone is my husband's favorite and the Choclate Chip is mine!! Awesome owners and staff as well - friendly, generous and helpful! A must try when you're in the area or visiting Starbucks....go next door and get a scone to go with it!

I've lived in Greenville for years, but I've never actually stepped into Great Harvest. I decided to try it. I was hoping for a scone, but I didn't see any. I ended up getting the Blueberry Cream Cheese Swirl, Lemon Blueberry Bliss, and a Snickdoodle Cookie. About $20 and some change.1) Blueberry Cream Cheese Swirl was less swirl and more just clumped in one part. The first few inches were solid bread and pretty dry bread. Disappointing. Blueberries minimal and no Cream cheese. About half way through, a couple big blobs of Cream cheese on one side. When you actually get a mixture of the Blueberry, cream cheese, and bread, it's tasty. 3 ? You could do better to incorporate the flavors throughout the whole loaf and definitely add more blueberries!2) Lemon Blueberry Bliss Teacake is tasty and sweet. A good amount of Blueberries and you definitely taste the lemon. It is moist. Solid 4 ?3) Snickerdoodle cookie was a bit too dry and crumbly. When I think snickerdoodle, I think crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. This cookie broke into crumbles. Definitely not my favorite cookie, kind of tasted a bit stale. 2 ?Honestly, I'm disappointed as a whole and won't go back.

Sadly, under new management the quality of the food has changed. Everything I have tried has been dry, poor texture and recently too salty. I don’t know if this is a result of changing recipes to save money or poor management. This was our favorite place with quality bread and desserts but I have finally accepted that those days are gone. So disappointing.

Came into Great Harvest today. I used to enjoy coming into year. Ever since the ownership I’m not a fan. Typically you’re greeted with a smile. Today no one acknowledged me. I miss the apple crumble bar. I didn’t see any bars today. Do not think I’ll be visiting back.

Smells like heaven when you walk in. The cinnamon buns are huge and the best around. Snickerdoodle and salted caramel is so tasty. Everything i have ever got here was great and staff are so friendly.
