Sales Representative Ian was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, considerate, and not a bit pushy or demanding. Hoping to conduct business with this establishment for my daughter and myself. Definitely worth a 3 hour drive for that type of customer service. Total opposite of what received at Toyota of Greenville prior to this visit.

Most of the Toyota's are overpriced but unfortunately it's a sellers market right now. Office was small and cramped but decently clean. Just be cautious, they're there to make as much off of buyers as possible.

I've been a long time Toyota owner but recently switched to a Volvo SUV. One of the reasons I switched was Toyota customer service in the Charlotte/Rock Hill area was not great. I am very happy with the Volvo dealership in Greenville and wish I would have purchased my Volvo years ago. Safety features for Volvo are fantastic! The sale takes a few hours but customer service is for a long time.

Found a car I love. The staff was nice. Shame on me for not getting a warranty but it was above my budget. They put new hubcaps on before I picked it up. The next day the tire pressure light came on. Had it check the rim was bent. I’m sure they saw that as they were putting the hubcaps on.
