Good facility. Gate stays open 24/7 so you can park overnight. Facility opens at 7ish and they start unloading right away. They seem to go by first come first serve. Unloaded in about an hour. Never have an issue with this place and usually not super busy. They’ll let you hang out after being unloaded too as long as you’re not in the way.

In the past when I used Grovemed I did not have a problem. Recently I purchased a very expensive pressure reducing mattress because I am paralyzed from the chest down. This mattress is absolutely critical to my safety and welfare. I received the mattress in December without a proper bed pump that I need to operate it. I'm not joking when I said I have called over 20 times to customer service, people said they would get back to me, but did not get back to me. I've now left a message for the manager. From a customer experience point of view I cannot have a lower opinion because this is not how a client should be treated. I'm one of the most patient people in the world with my condition, but even I have my limits. While their products may be fine as they are just distributors for other companies, I'm not sure what to say other than I'm very disappointed. As of February 10, 2021 I'm still looking to have this resolved.

I have been ordering from this company for a few years now. You will not find a more organized and professional company to deal with. My orders are always correct and always shipped immediately. Rob always takes care of all my needs quickly. He is wonderful to work with and has a great personality. Chevette makes sure I am taken care of also. Their pricing is great. I highly recommend this business!

Coming in for a delivery and because their was a fatal truck accident that delayed me, they reschedule me for the morning! And they are open till 5pm, poor customer service!

Horrible experience with Kathy Bullister and her supervisor. After 3 phone calls to confirm an appointment at their request to return the WRONG supplies, and a trip there to return my items. WAITING more than 30 minutes for staff to figure out what was happening Before I finally got them to understand the situation that they created.. When I complained about the poor customer communication and service they dropped my CHILD and refuse to provide supplies. AGAIN this is a problem they created. I am truly offened by their behavior, how the handle customer issues, again that they created. So much for a family owned company. THE SERVICE WAS LAUGHABLE Find any other supplier to provide your home medical supplies.
