“Like many people on here I have experienced poor customer from the staff in the past. I feel like PSA has worked to address this issue. The last few times I’ve been to the store everyone has been very friendly. I recently had to replace an AR upper (because the postal service lost mine in transit). I ordered a new one from PSA and they shipped it out next day. Overall, you aren’t going to find a better selection or better prices anywhere else. If they keep this up I will never shop anywhere else.”
