Over this past weekend, I was helped out by four extremely empathetic employees at the Woodruff Rd Home Depot and I want them to be recognized for their sincere efforts.
On Monday morning 7/22/24, Keke at the Service Desk was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my solving my unorthodox situation and the MOD that morning, didn't fuss at me and knew exactly how to resolve the problem.
I also would like to recognize Davi (Sunday 7/21/24) in the Rental Department (trailer rental) was more than empathic and understanding with my rental and I can't thank him enough for taking a genuine interest in helping me and for his kind words after I brought the trailer back. Then right before the store closed one very helpful young lady at the Service Desk on (Sunday 7/21/24), was also extremely helpful and caring when it came to the circumstances of my situation.
These four employees showed what it means to work as a team to resolve even the most trivial issues a customer may encounter. Kudos to all of them.

“A typical Lowe's location: clean, well stocked, with plenty of assistance available if needed. The big issue with this location is the parking lot, which can be very crowded and difficult to navigate due to its layout. It can take quite some time to actually exit the parking lot due to the congestion.”
“Earlier this summer I needed to purchase a new push lawn mower. After looking in all the normal places I became frustrated by the ridiculous prices of new mowers. I made a search for used mowers and found Home Improvement Outlet, Greenville. I drove up there and found the had a large selection of Toro push and self propelled hand mowers and a few Troy Bilt mowers. I selected a very clean nice Toro mower and purchased it for well under retail cost. I took it home, gassed it and tried unsuccessfully to start it numerous times. I spent some time trouble shooting the problem and determined the carburetor was clogged up. I called the outlet and spoke with Laura, the manager. She was very nice, apologized for my trouble and said bring it back for either a refund or a replacement mower. I brought it back, knowing I had seen a second identical mower in the store, but it was gone by the time I got there. I found a more expensive Troy Bilt mower that I really liked, so I brought it to the front desk, told Laura it was a bit more money and she said she could approve the exchange at no extra cost to me. THAT is great service and good business. I will be back whenever I need something else they carry and I've already recommended the outlet to a couple of other people. They are lucky to have a business smart, polite, nice manager like Laura. You rarely find that combination these days!”
