“A very nice hotel next to a Cracker Barrel and across the street from a Whole Foods. You get breakfast and dinner for free if you are a guest. A very professional and courteous staff. The room is comfortable and quiet. You may have a little noise from I-85, but nothing egregious.”
“Nice, clean, fairly quiet room for a night. Location is pretty easy off the freeway. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel hot food buffet. I'd stay again if in the area.”

“Great location with lots of restaurants and shops. Desk clerk was very friendly and he upgraded our room. The lady that works in the kitchen was very nice and very helpful. They are doing some remodeling but it didn't interfere with our stay. The only thing I can say negative is the very loud AC unit because it is not central and it did interfere with my sleep but I believe most motels use the same system.”

“Everything was good about our stay. Every staff person was helpful and provided good service. Good breakfast and the rooms were clean. We saw staff taking care of every little thing throughout the hotel during our week there. The breakfast lady was super and very attentive to details. We got to talking with her and she mentioned she liked working there and that the hotel had good management, I could tell there was a positive attitude amoung the staff that stemmed from the top”

“Nice hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. My room had a couple issues. Mini fridge froze my milk, tub drained really slow and the pillows were really flimsy. Shower was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Made to order omelets were fantastic. Rest of buffet was also good. Staff always friendly.”

“Great location within a walking distance of everything downtown Greenville. The rooms were clean, kind of a strange layout (not a lot of space to hang clothes or take stuff out of your bags) therefore not the best for longer stays, but for one or two nights it works! Very nice fitness facility in the building as well. Breakfast is optional add on, but would suggest to save your money and eat someplace else.”
“I picked this as my normal hotel was booked, but will plan to stay here going forward. Super accessible to downtown, very clean, and lobby has plenty of quiet areas vs some of the hotels where it feels like a mall. Also, Christina was at the front desk most of my trip and had phenomenal customer service. She remembered me by name the entire trip despite just seeing my ID on check in. This was a warm and genuine touch which made me feel at home. Will stay again!”

“We spent our 50th wedding anniversary at Crowne Plaza, Greenville,SC. We were met at check-in by a delightful gentleman named Leo. He was kind and engaging. He was excited for us that we had been married 50 years. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay, even offering us free breakfast. Later on he called us by name as we chatted with him in the lobby. Our room was nice though a little dated and dark. The bed was very comfortable. I am a shower snob. The shower was the best hotel shower I've ever used. The temperature and water pressure were excellent! We will definitely return if we are in the Greenville area again.”

“I travel quite a bit and have had occasion to stay in the Greenville, SC area often in recent weeks. This Hampton Inn has been a home away from home for many nights. The rooms are clean, the staff is responsive and engaging, especially Renae who works in the evening. She's an Absolute angel. Bonus, the fitness center was just upgraded with new equipment.”

“Hotel sits off from the road it's Nice and clean.free laundry also..mini fridge wasn't working properly it wasn't cold at all.breakfast choices was awful ..but I Paid great price for 4 days. food store (inside the hotel )prices are too expensive it is very overpriced.I didn't like the luggage carts very small.I didn't like the parking lot in the back it was very dark near a wooded area.Hotel not far from restaurants and shopping area .ice maker (refrigerator) made loud noise.But other them that I would recommend.very quiet hotel .(besides the ice maker )”

“Clean rooms and staff are friendly. This is a good location not far from highways. If you're a super light sleeper, you can hear traffic on the highway side. I love having the separate living room and kitchenette area. In other hotels, is the mini fridge that bugs me. This fridge is super quiet and two rooms away. The heater/ac s very quite too.”

“Excellent clean room, friendly staff, my room had a slightly dirty window and a crumpled curtain.The main problem is The Irish Pub, which with its bass made it difficult to sleep until two in the morning, I recommend taking a room with windows on the opposite side.”

“Great hotel, great staff! The hotel has been renovated and it is very clean. Surrounded by restaurants and things to do. 10-15 minutes from the Greenville Convention Center, Downtown Greenville, Bon Secours Wellness Arena, and many other attractions. I would recommend this place to any one looking for an affordable, clean, amazing place to stay. The breakfast was stupendous and I enjoyed the Southern additions to the breakfast.”
