“Nice, clean, fairly quiet room for a night. Location is pretty easy off the freeway. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel hot food buffet. I'd stay again if in the area.”
“This is one of the best Westin I've stayed in. It's not brand new or ultra luxurious, but it has a nice boutique feel with the consistency of your Westin brand. The hotel is in a historic building and is in the middle of downtown where you can walk to most restaurants or bars. I hear it's popular for wedding and other formal events. Also, on this day in October the pricing of under $200 was amazing for a hotel like this. Like this?”
“Fair price for a beautiful clean room, delicious continental breakfast, super friendly staff loved my stay 2 nights will be back.

“Everything was good about our stay. Every staff person was helpful and provided good service. Good breakfast and the rooms were clean. We saw staff taking care of every little thing throughout the hotel during our week there. The breakfast lady was super and very attentive to details. We got to talking with her and she mentioned she liked working there and that the hotel had good management, I could tell there was a positive attitude amoung the staff that stemmed from the top”

“Cortney is the best server there is in all of SC! She is ah-mazing!! Pleasant. Conversational! Always willing to help me out. With my crazy request. Thanks a bunch. Guys they even have a great pool area...and it's CLEAN AND INVITING!!

Condiments on every table and a great selection. Elaine and Helmine were the two ladies preparing the food this morning. They DEFINITELY go above and beyond what is required. “Great location within a walking distance of everything downtown Greenville. The rooms were clean, kind of a strange layout (not a lot of space to hang clothes or take stuff out of your bags) therefore not the best for longer stays, but for one or two nights it works! Very nice fitness facility in the building as well. Breakfast is optional add on, but would suggest to save your money and eat someplace else.”

“Nice Hotel, room and bathroom were spacious, breakfast was very good...Now this employee named Shondra needs to improve her Hospitality and customer service...when we arrived she did not even welcome us, instead very cold and bad attitude same thing when she was serving at the Bar!
Not one smile, kindness, or sense of service.
How can this type of employee be hired for a front desk when they'll be better on the back without customer interaction!”

“I happen to book last minute, and got the last room available this past weekend. The woman at the front was awesome getting me sorted out. I had checked all around and availability everywhere was nothing because of the weekend crowds. She was very helpful. And then my flight got bumped, so I had to re check in today. The same woman checked me in, remembered me by name, and helped me again today. The fact that she remembered me from a few days ago really showed the level of customer service she has. I believe her name was Jorgana? Highly impressed with her customer service skills!

“Hotel sits off from the road it's Nice and clean.free laundry also..mini fridge wasn't working properly it wasn't cold at all.breakfast choices was awful ..but I Paid great price for 4 days. food store (inside the hotel )prices are too expensive it is very overpriced.I didn't like the luggage carts very small.I didn't like the parking lot in the back it was very dark near a wooded area.Hotel not far from restaurants and shopping area .ice maker (refrigerator) made loud noise.But other them that I would recommend.very quiet hotel .(besides the ice maker )”

“Excellent clean room, friendly staff, my room had a slightly dirty window and a crumpled curtain.The main problem is The Irish Pub, which with its bass made it difficult to sleep until two in the morning, I recommend taking a room with windows on the opposite side.”

“Super clean rooms & hotel! Nice soft beds. Thick, big bath towels. Ac is amazing. Free breakfast is in the top 5...on the entire Woodruff Road! Quiet property in general. Only thing that takes away from this hotel...is the location, unfortunately! Its directly off of Woodruff Road...the traffic lines & back-up go on during all 3 business rush-hour-headaches! Its simply dreadful! Other than that, this was my first visit to this property...& I have been pleasantly surprised! I will definitely be back!”

“My family came here after the hurricane and the incredible service here was evident at the desk. They had just gotten power back and had a line out the door. The front desk crew handled it well and professionally despite rude behavior from some potential guests included a woman claiming to be a DHEC employee.
Nikki behind the desk even recognized a man who was waiting in the lobby and not the line and made a point to go check on him. Turned out the man was deaf and she expertly helped him ensure he was able to check in despite all the madness. The whole week we were there the staff was very accommodating and helpful making it a home away from home in a time of need. Shout out to the manager Brett for the assistance in the room as well during the hotels frantic start up after getting power back.
20/10 recommend this place. Great people.”

“I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. Maybe previous owners? The place is having some renovations but didn’t make that big of a difference in my rating. The service desk was extremely friendly. My room was VERY clean. I appreciate that most of all. Nice size refrigerator, a stove top and microwave. Plenty of towels toilet paper and toiletries, if needed. The only thing I was disappointed in was the bed; too soft and lumpy . Hopefully new ones are being purchased as part of the renovation. If I’m back in the area, this will be my first choice.”

“Beautiful hotel and in the best location in Greenville for walking Reedy Creek Falls Park and the shops and restaurants in West End. The hotel's interior is interesting with lots of nooks to explore.
And all ll the staff are helpful and professional.
