Complete waste of time. The person I worked with messed up entering the numbers multiple times and had to be corrected on entering. I paid $300 for a service that was worse than filing with TurboTax. They saved me nothing. Will never go with H & R Block again. Very disappointed.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He knew the tax laws and explained everything to me. He explained all of the tax paperwork that was submitted and the package that given to me. I was truly satisfied with him as my tax preparer and look forward to having him prepare my taxes next year.

Nikki Russell is the best. She gives you clear deifinitive answers, has excellent problem solving skills if you get a random audit and she cares about her customers. She updates and gives an expected wait time then checks back with you to see if things went ok with the IRS.She went above and beyond for me and I appreciated her calm demeanor and explanations as to what possibly happened as well as her resolving the issue by removing the obstacles to receive my return.
