“A few weeks back I need to find a different car insurance company, Who enjoys that? Fill out one tiny site and the calls and text began. After a few rough starts and one who texted everyday I was getting frustrated. One more a call came and I was greeted with a friendly voice stating She was Jess from State Farm asked me if I had a moment to get a quote. Jess asked key questions while building common ground. Joking I said if she could find me something cheaper than the.$215 I was currently paying she'd get baked good for life. SHE DID! The more we talked the more I liked her. As I explained I wouldn't have the money until a week later, unfortunately it was 2 weeks. Here's where Jess made the big difference the texted the day before our planned phone call and I let her know we have to wait til next week. She said no problem we'll regroup then. 1 check up text, not 5 or 10 just 1. I really liked that. She's friendly, feels like ya sitting having a cup of coffee, She very informative and explains the policy so you know exactly what your getting. I definitely would recommend this office, to bad She's not based in Charleston, she'd definitely be getting baked good.”

“I was in the Cherrydale area trying to get a document notarized at my bank's newest and nearest branch, and after finding out that they had not yet received their notary license, I was unsure where my next stop should be. It was then that I glanced over and noticed the State Farm office and thought surely they must have a notary on site. I wandered in and inquired and was directed to Ed. Despite my not being a policy holder, he happily notarized my document for me. In today's crazy world, we have to help out our fellow man, and I appreciate Ed doing just that.
