I've taken my car here several times and have been pleased with the service and price. I've never felt taken advantage of or pressured to make unnecessary/minor repairs. And I love that the owner is a woman!

Japanese Auto specialist refused to even look at or troubleshoot a 90s Honda Accord. Sorry guys customer service is a one-star. Either you work on Japanese stuff or you don't. It should be noted these 2.2 l Honda motors are some of the easiest motors to work on for an experience technician.

I brought my car in for a check up before taking a road trip. It's an old car, but only has around 55K miles on it. This was my first time going. The shop was very honest and the two ladies working at the front desk and very friendly.

After searching several different auto service businesses and receiving different quotes for a rattling sound coming from my vehicle. I used to take my 2005 Toyota Camry there and received great service. I decided to have my 2019 Honda Accord looked at due to messages popping up on my dashboard. I used the company's website to request service on September 5th and I got a call on the same day to schedule the service for September 18th. I left my car there on the night before the 17th with my car info and there was no paper to put my information on even though I put it on the website. I called to check on my car and the lady (Johnnie) became argumentative and hostile saying I gave no information on my envelope (but I had it on the website and she had my number to call me to let me know of the appointment on 9/18.) So when she asked me what was wrong I tried to tell her about the messages and she told me some messages I needed to see first. She could've told me that information on 9/5 but she said she didn't remember the conversation. I just told her to leave my keys out and I will pick my car up. I did nothing to deserve hostile behavior for a service I had to wait two weeks for. That is very unnecessary and disrespectful.

Can't be a specialist shop if you won't look at a stock turbo on a Japanese car. Wouldn't have been an issue but the lady on the phones tone became almost hostile when i mentioned the issue i was having with my vehicle.

Despite them being booked out for several weeks, I was allowed to have an old non-running car of mine that hadn't run in well over a decade brought over to them, which they got to as they started to get more capacity.They performed a full rundown diagnosis, including breaking the various stages for repair into smaller packages. Fair pricing - great quality workmanship and a very friendly crew to boot!Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone who has need for car service and repairs.Services: Engine repair

I called about an engine swap and was told they will only install brand new engines from the manufacturer. I asked if they could install a remanufactured engine and was told "no, too many headaches". I politely asked why just because I am curious and was rudely told "we only install brand new engines". I asked again if the person could elaborate on what they meant by headaches and was told "I plead the fifth". Not very professional or polite at all, glad they cant help me I wouldn't want them to.

Lazy and uninformative. Their business model is do whatever it takes to get the most money out of the customer, even if it is not the most beneficial option. Would highly NOT recommend.

This is best repair shop I have ever used. From communications to the repairs, there were no issues. Looked at a $5,000 plus job to repair the hybrid battery on our Prius. Bill was able to fix the battery rather than just replacing it. Saved me close to 75% on the repair.Services: Electrical repair

Labor costs are fine. They charge OEM part prices and use OE parts.
