The first time me and my fiance struggled to find a previous account for my ring and Coco was so helpful and patient with us, giving us any advice she could to help. The second time we had spoke with Cierra, she was the one to get my ring resized and everything. She was so sweet and so helpful answering any questions we had. We absolutely adored her. The third time we picked up my ring and it wasn't as pleasant we felt rushed and like we didn't matter. But we came back today to pay for the warranty talked with Nika. She helped figure everything we needed out not only for the warranty, but for a ring for my fiance and possible custom bands for my ring. Also promised to make sure the team was all on the same page and hoped we would only have the best experiences from now on. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the policy. I had just purchased a ring set from them and didn’t like my rings constantly moving (less than a week of wearing them) and decided I wanted to “mold them” together. Apparently that’s an additional service, I would’ve thought this would be included in the life service they’d offer.
Overall, definitely recommend, just wish this was something that would’ve been included.”

DC was very patient with me and resourceful as I talked out the style of engagement ring I wanted. I’m not sure how she does it: she always knows where every item is (even the tiny ones); has the best recommendations; and can immediately build rapport with any customer that walks through the door (any gender or demographic or shopping motive).
