Far superior to the downtown location. It feels weird saying that about a place that only does cold subs, but somehow it’s true. I only ever get delivery, cause it’s one of the few places that have their own delivery service instead of the price gouging delivery apps, and the sandwiches are just better from Augusta St. I realize it’s not a Michelin starred restaurant, I just expect you to make a sandwich like you would eat if you made it for yourself. Don’t apply mayonnaise with an ice cream scoop, and attempt to get the majority of the items inside the bread. Never had a bad one from here, but downtown is a 50/50 gamble at best.

The Augusta Rd Jimmy John’s has had issues for the last few years, but recently I have had issues with every order and will no longer have hope that my order will be right/clean. A few examples: the delivery driver complained about my car being in the driveway and not being convenient; my order was delivered smelling heavy of cigarette smoke and the bag had been open; most recently, I ordered at the restaurant and got home and there were multiple hairs in my sandwich. The current manager was kind and gave me a refund plus a credit, however when I went to use the credit the following day, the staff couldn’t understand how to do my credit, tried to charge me $13 for potato salad (they said their computer was glitching and that’s what it was ringing up for and didn’t know how to fix it after me letting them know there’s no way a side item was $13…thankfully that was dealt with), and then when I got home, there was hair in my potato salad…they also gave me someone else’s order at first before realizing they hadn’t actually made mine yet. In general, the orders aren’t correct which really is disappointing since JJ’s is generally a go to for my family.

Great sandwiches. Not so friendly service at the Augusta ST. shop. The one by the mall is definitely the best.

I actually go here quiet a bit.. or I did. I have the app and everything. Lately the service has been rude, the staff cusses and the food isn't even as ordered. For example, today 10/27/23 I came in for lunch and usually I get the box lunch with a #2 and it'll come with roast beef, mayo, cheese, lettuce, tomato. So I get back to my office after receiving very rude service my sub didn't have anything on the sub except one piece of roast beef and bread... NOT EVEN MAYO. I'm so confused. This used to be one of my go to places to eat. I will have to reevaluate.

Rudest customer service through the drive thru. I had to tell her I’m a rewards member and then she put it in and saw that I had an reward and acted like she didn’t even want to give me the free dessert I earned and she said “it’s just a dessert” and I told her that I wanted it. She acted like she didn’t want to give to me and that it was an inconvenience. I always say thank you when I go through the drive thru and she said nothing and just acted like she didn’t even want to be there…. Honestly don’t think the drive thru window is for her. Need someone up there with more personality and quite honestly some manners.

This place sucks. Order food in store, pay, and wait 25 minutes while the people ignore you and make food for delivery, the drive thru and themselves. Hey, at least the staff was surly and the bread was stale. Thanks for the wait.

Skimpy meat portions. I have ordered the #17 Ultimate Porker from here 2x in a row, and it had virtually no meat on it for almost $11 for the sandwich. Supposedly this is one of the JJ Fav which according to their menu has DBL the meat of an original. If that's the case, there must be 1.5 slices of meat on the original. This seems to be limited to this location, because this a great sandwich at other locations. I don't care if this is what local Mgmt says this sandwich should be, or if the local employees just like making rip-off sandwiches, for $11 it's a joke. Jersey Mike's is right up the street and they don't have the skimpy portion problem there. I'm tempted to order this sandwich again compare it to their normal ham n cheese to see how much meat is on it, and show them both compared to Jersey Mike's. It would illustrate what a ridiculous difference there is.

I hadn't had Jimmy John's in years. Not as good as I remembered. The order wasn't right and they're not as fast as they used to be.

I've now had 3 poor experiences at this location. The first time I went there the sandwich was okay, but when asked the girl at the register about their limited time sub she didn't even seem to know it existed and kept staring at the ground. Another guy answered my questions and was very nice. Went back next time and the same girl was at the counter and I waited a good 5-6 mins after the people in front of me ordered (they were her friends) before I could to the register. I was told the pick up order I put in 15 mins prior still wasn't ready...waited another 10 mins bc no one called name so I walked up to the counter and it had just been sitting there. No one informed me it was ready but I didn't want to keep asking over and over if it was ready yet. Now today, they deliver to my job. I put in the order over the phone because the website says they don't even deliver here even tho it's 1.5 miles away. She didn't get 2 toppings I requested, receipt said to cut in half and it wasn't cut in half. There was barely any lettuce and the ingredient portion sizes were completely off. Most underwhelming sandwich of my life. I worked at a jjs in Columbia for 4 years and it's really not that hard to make a damn sandwich the way people request it. Won't be going back.

Incredibly slow…Placed a pickup order and sat in the drive thru for about 30 min
