Came in with my boyfriend to get some new suits and we’re obviously judged by appearance and not helped. No one greeted us, we had to find help multiple times throughout our experience. We asked the lady working on the floor to be fitted and she took us to the clearance rack and said these are your options…. I told her price was of no concern and repeated myself again that my boyfriend needed to be fitted. She was very quick as if we were bothering her. And a man later came to assist by the time we started trying pants on as if he was trying to prevent us from trying on anything else and told us we should go to the sister store Mens Warehouse as they would have more of our style there. We had $3000 cash on us ready to spend and we ended up buying a dress coat for $210 and leaving…. We did go to men’s warehouse and bought everything else we needed…. the gentleman who helped us there was phenomenal…. We told him about our bad experience we had at Jos A Banks and he said he wasn’t surprised as if he’s heard it more than once. We were told it’s a group of older folks who work there and they will judge a book by its cover. It was disappointing… I don’t think we will be back there and will continue to go to the sister store instead.

I've only had great experiences at Jo's A Banks here in Greenville. Whether it's a shirt & tie. Full suit. Sport coats. Formal wear. Rentals. Or .... the custom program, you can always get what you need!

Great shopping experience for my husband’s suit. Customer service was excellent and we were in and out within 30 minutes.

Don't bother ordering a gift card online, might as well go in person. Takes 24-48 business hours to "process" even though they draft the money out of your account as soon as you hit submit.

Lee and the associates at this store are professional and extremely helpful. We came in with a black tie wedding less than a week away and were able to get a full fitted suit and alterations before the event. Highly recommend this shopping experience. Thanks guys!

Was extremely busy, the gentleman that finally waited on us, was helpful in letting us know he knew he didn't have the size shirt my dad need and told us about DXL.

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. We were offered a discount on a groomsmen set of suits over the phone, then drove 40 minutes to come to the store the next day to spend $2,000 plus when the manager, J.C. informed us that we could not have the discount we were promised. We were not greeted when we walked into the store and the sales associates were rude and unhelpful. I can definitely say I will never enter another Joseph A. Bank again. Do not waste your time with this store because they definitely do not value it.

So far this is my first experience with Jos A. Bank. I went to rent a tux from the Columbia (Harbison), SC location that was already under a group number. I was told they could take my measurements, but then I would have to call and transfer those measurements to the Greenville, SC location. Once that was complete, I then had to call customer service to pay over the phone. Any other establishment that I have rented a tux/suit from does not require me to do the work for them especially for a $286 rental. Any other place I walk in, get fitted, pay, pick up the rental prior to the event and drop off after. I did not give less than 3 stars because customer service was actually easy to deal with, but regardless I should not have to do that.

I came in for a tux rental for a wedding. I strongly recommend working with Andrew. He had good suggestions and helped make sure your comfortable and looking your best.

Went to the Jos Bank store in greenville tonight. Was there looking at suits for almost an hour before anyone said anything to us. There was two young males working and a lady. The one male not wearing a jacket and bow tie never said a word to use and he was right near us at left side of store. He was more interested in his phone. The other male just avoided us. Maybe you don't get help when looking at clearance suits. Not enough commision I guess. The lady finally came over when we were next to last shopper in store. No one at store really seemed to care.

I was in here last Thursday , walk in around for 5 minutes without even a “hello” or “we will be right with you” nope just walking around me without acknowledgement from 0 out of about 5 associates . I walked back out and spent my money at K&G.

I have never received worse customer service anywhere!!! We were completely ignored and when I went to the counter to the lady behind the counter who was not assisting any customer she completely ignored me. She kept her head down and made no effort to assist me until I spoke. I told her no one was assisting us and she never offered to help. She just abruptly answered my question and put her head back down. The other three sales associate never even said hello much less offered assistance. I will NEVER be back. My husband wears suits and ties to work every day and I will drive out of town to a different location so I won’t have to endure the horrible service here again.
