We visited on Friday as they had a used car we wanted to drive. Eric Griffin greeted us and we eventually went on 4 different test drives. They sadly didn't have the used car we wanted. Eric was very low key, friendly and very helpful. My husband and I would have been happy to work with Eric to buy a car.Go to Kevin Whitaker and ask for Eric. Good experience.

From the beginning with sales specialist, Rebekah Ward and Charlie Trammell to the ending of the finance procedure...I could not have asked for a better experience. Over the last twenty years I have bought various vehicles from dealerships like, Dodge, Honda, Oldsmobile, and another Chevy dealership, and this is the best by far. I have never met such wonderful people who were looking out for my best interest. If I were to buy another vehicle I would surely by from this dealership and it lovely employees. First time I was ever given the tour of where to come for service and where parts department was located in the building. All were so very pleasant, just cannot say enough about them. You definitely are more than a 10.

Brad was very friendly and worked hard to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted right down to the color. He was also very informative about all the features of the vehicle. I really appreciate the extra time he spent helping me.

incompetent parts personnel and parts manager. Tuesday 10/17/23, went to parts department and ordered bushing for my rear van door. Sales person had a difficult time finding the right part but finally got part ordered after 30 minutes. While waiting, notice a set of Chevrolet rims on sale. I asked do you have these rims for 2014 Silverado 1500 and about 15-20 minutes they stated yes. Sales person asked In order to confirm these rim will fit your vehicle need your VIN in which he confirmed they will fit my vehicle. I preceded to purchased the rim at this time. I explained to sales person I was returning Wednesday morning to have installed. Wednesday arrived at dealership around 8:30am to install new rims. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours. gentlemen came out accuse me of ordering the wrong rims, you ordered 22” rim. I explain to him that was incorrect the sales person said they had the 20” rim in stock. That’s the purpose of giving my VIN number to determine what size rim fits on my car and which I did. Plus I told the sales person I had 20” rims. Just could not believe Service Mgr. accuse me of ordering the wrong rims, very poor management team. I was there until 10:30am because of people not doing their jobs and not professional. We have purchased several cars from Kevin Whitaker, but this is one of the worst experience I have experience. Most of all is the inconvenience.In your reply you asked to call back, which I did. asked to have a manager call me back. This was Tuesday 10/17 when I called and today is Friday 10/20 and have not received a call from anyone. Again, very poor communication from the management staff at Kevin Whitaker car dealership!!!!!

I researched my vehicle online and began the purchase process there, tracking down through dealer inventory exactly what I was looking for. The dealership reached out to me letting me know they were available if I had any questions but without pressuring me further. I quickly decided and talked to them before scheduling an appointment to bring my trade-in and take the new car home. Just a handful of texts, my signature on a few online documents and uploading my license and insurance was all it took of my time. At the dealership it was quick too with no pressure to buy anything extra that I didn’t want. My sales person spent most of the time I was there going over the various new technologies in the car and getting us going. The simplest, smoothest, most pleasant sales experience I have ever had in over 30 years. I would buy from them and Chevrolet again. Thanks

Steve was great. I was wanting a C8 Corvette. The Chevrolet dealer inventory page showed you had one with the specifications I was looking for. The car was available and the price was fair. Steve and the rest of the team (finance, service) were great and easy to work with. I flew out from Texas, Steve picked me up at the airport, brought me to the dealership, went over the car and even gave me a good place to get some SC BBQ. I drove back to Texas happy as can be. I hope to buy my next Corvette from you.

Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet was the best that I have dealt with. They were very professional. Eric Griffin made us feel comfortable and not rushed. He went beyond and above. Jerome also made us feel like family. We were not pushed for a sale one time whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this dealership above all. We were very pleased at how easy the process took place of buying a vehicle thru your dealership. We found our Tahoe in transit online and made a phone call. Jodie helped us with buyers purchase order all thru text messages and emails because were 3 hours away and out of State. The pricing was straight forward! Jodie stayed in touch with us during the progress of the arrival of our vehicle. The day arrived for us to pick it up…Jodie had everything in order and had contacted us to let us know what she needed when we arrived. It was the easiest purchase we have ever made. Everything and everyone a part of our experience made it a great one. Oh, we LOVE our new Tahoe!! Many Thanks!

I had called yesterday about scheduling a test drive and was quickly and politely helped on the phone. Today, only about 2 hours before the test drive was scheduled I was called by John and told that there would be no way to test drive "any of our sports cars" without going through all of the financing paperwork first and that the person I spoke to on the phone was new, and didn't know (nothing against the new employee). I asked if they could at least open up the car for me and let me sit in it and look over the car. They said they could, so that's what I went to do. When I got to the dealership there were two employees standing at the front who didn't say a word to me as I walked in. I told them I was looking for John and they went to get him. John seemingly didn't know/remember who I was, so I told him I was the one looking at the corvette and he went to grab the keys. He then took me outside and essentially didn't speak to me apart from a small completely unrelated conversation before seeing the car. Any time there was any back and forth talking I was the one to start it and was usually answered with a dismissive "yeah" or similar response. He did not ask if I had any questions, he did not tell me anything about the car, and he told me that "it doesn't seem like you want to buy this car". I told him that it was a bit out of budget, as I wanted to pay cash. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he seemed to not care. I asked that since I was was looking to pay cash for a car, how a test drive would work in that case. He told me that I "would need the check" and after we had sat down and settled on a price for a car "and everything" THEN I would be able to test drive the car. I felt that all of this was terrible customer service, and I was essentially told that I would need to have them do a hard credit check, or bring a check with me for over $30,000 before I was allowed to test drive a vehicle I wasn't even sure I wanted to buy yet. I can't understand why ANYONE would allow their credit to be run or go through the process of getting a massive cashiers check before ever driving the car they were looking at. Due to the way I was treated and the seemingly ridiculous test drive policies, it may have seemed like I didn't want to buy the car, but I can now assure you that I will never purchase ANY car from this dealership and I will advise others to do the same.

My first review of this dealership was a 5 star. Jon in sales was awesome. We purchased 2-2023 rs blazers. Now comes the service side of this dealership. I will give a 1 star because I can never get in. I would call one week in advance and they are totally full with no room. I literally drive just down the road to the Toyota dealership and they take me right in. This is why the 1 star.

Today, I had my first oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check completed at Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet and it was such a great environment. My service consultant Tobie was incredibly nice and helpful and made the experience extremely smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing service.

The purchase process was quick and easy. Al, my salesperson, took time to answer all of my questions and walk through all of the vehicle options with me. I wish they were an "msrp" dealer, but I understand they are a for profit dealership and have the right to price vehicles how they see fit.

Stopped in with no particular vehicle in mind, but you have a very nice selection and I found what I had casually been looking for without knowing it was on your lot prior to my arrival. The only bad thing I have to say is that after I’d already agreed on purchasing the vehicle, I was then told about minor hail damage that had been repaired in your shop. There’s no obvious residual marks from where this happened, and the fact that it happened and was appropriately repaired would not have stopped my purchase BUT I feel like that is something that should have been disclosed up front prior to any conversations about purchasing the truck took place. Before and after photos would be appreciated also, I would think. Just coming from the customer’s perspective.

The purchase of my 2023 Equinox went flawlessly. Through out the purchasing process I dealt exclusively with the new car manager Mark Harrell. He provided the pricing & interest rate options along with commensurate loan length in clear terms so it was easy to choose the best financial option. The car had one minor chip in transit on the roof that Mark showed me prior to completing the purchase. The honesty in showing me something I might not have noticed for days or weeks was much appreciated. The following week when the daily rain stopped Mark personally took it to Kevin Whitaker Collision to have it properly taken care of.I couldnt be more pleased with the speed & simplicity of the process, the professionalism & service orientation of the staff involved or the vehicle. Will be buying another one in two years when it's time to replace my wife's car.
