I brought in a tub filled with trendy boutique clothes, including church dresses and other nice items, only to sell three out of the fifty pieces I brought in . My daughter was thrilled after our last visit when we spent over $200 on clothes last year with very pleasant employees and merchandise. However, when they called my name to present my offer, I had to stop her from buying anything else. The employee handling our items seemed sick , kept coughing without covering her mouth and constantly complaining about being there. She didn’t want to even look through my items and just kept rolling her eyes. It was frustrating they had me drive thirty minutes out of my way for a $15 tub, that they insisted I had before they would look at my items only for them to barely consider my merchandise. Her negative attitude overshadowed the potential for this store to benefit from great items, and I ended up receiving far less credit than I deserved. We won’t be returning!
You truly should research boutique clothes especially after I could barely find decent clothing for my daughter. Also the air not working seem to bring out a horrible smell with your clothing and shoes displayed.

Kid to Kid is always organized, clean and well priced. The toy selection is impressive because they toys are clean and kept together in mesh bagging. The clothes I find are clean and stylish. It really is a gem of second hand kids store!

I had the most unpleasant experience here. After spending hours going through my daughter’s clothes, as a single dad. I put all of the clothes into clothes bags to head to this place that I’d been told you could trade clothes for. I drove half an hour there, and unpacked everything into a cart, took my daughter inside and was immediately met with someone who told me I’d have to go buy containers to trade the clothes. Those containers would be more to purchase, without a doubt, than what I’d get for clothes. The worst part is, she enjoyed this inconvenience. You could see it in her face as she smiled at my embarrassment. She then just kept talking as I walked out the door. I could’ve used the help this year but instead will donate to a good cause and tell everyone I know about the horrible experience.

I went for my first time today to drop some items off and shop around. Very easy, and quick. The store is very clean and organized which makes it easier to shop. Other children consignment stores that I have been to are often disorganized and overstocked that it makes it difficult to shop. I definitely will return.
