“Great 1st experience. They had employees on-site cleaning as I washing and I got off work late and my lovely friend Jennifer picked me up brought me there as it was close to her house and we lost track of time time and got back with 10min till closing with no one on site but was able to still dry my clothes although it took us past closing time which was much appreciated ? I surely will be returning and recommending. Thanks again.”

“This place is a godsend. Going through my closet trying to get rid of stuff and occasionally finding something that I want to keep, but that is filthy. They're very good about telling you if they think they can get a stain out, and ate willing to try. They no longer do wedding dresses, but we're willing to do mine and my daughter's, since they're non-traditional. All turned out beautifully. My husband takes his things here, too, and he's the one who recommended them to me.”

“Well. This is the Deal !!!! I am delighted to write this Review. I visited 3 other local laundromats today trying to find one that was clean and had a Attendant working. Bingo. This is the one I found. The Attendant was VERY nice and helpful. He was on the move constantly cleaning after other people as well as possible. There is room in this shopping center to park a 18 with near the Walgreens side. A medium walk to wash clothes. Has a cart to roll your clothes back to the laundry mat. 2 nd shift was nice. Also the machines worked properly. Yes I will be coming back to this location in the future. There were no homeless people wandering around in the parking lot begging for money!!!!!!! Roadmaster from the Port City Of Wilmington NC. Have been Trucking 57 Years this December 11. It Has Been Fun. Be safe!!!!!”

“They under promise and over deliver.Admittedly I am quite particular as to how my clothing is laundered, ironed & pressed etc.I gave very specific directions and forgot a couple of things.One issue they called and asked me about instead of assuming what I wanted and on the other issue they were abke to figure it out.They told me it would be 4pm the next day when my order was ready, but they had it ready same day.So far I am extremely impressed with their quality of customer service & services.Prices are very fair for the level of cqre they give to your belongings.”

“Great company & team/people to move your good safely, efficiently and it all arrives in great shape. They use the blanket and wrap to protect our furniture. The were considerate of our furniture and worked to protect it as we moved. We had packed most of our belongings in boxes, well labeled... to be ready for a day of loading and then unloading. We just moved... very well arranged and coordinated with Kevin. Plenty of info on the Smooth Move website to help get prepared/ready. We had Eric and his well organized, professional, friendly, considerate, determined and high energy crew. A long day... a good day loading up in Myrtle Beach and then moving to Mt. Pleasant with one delivery to a storage facility and then our delivery to our apartment. Everything completed by 5:00pm. WOW!! All was very good and very professional. We are very happy with our move. Thanks Smooth Move!!”

“It served it's purpose. Clothes were cleaned good and quickly when your doing multiple loads. But there were a few dryers that ripped me off. The ones close to the door only ran for 8 minutes no matter how much money you put in it. Should have been 10 min for .25 cents”
“I love this place! I have had tough stains on the back seat from my toddlers which I have tried cleaning with another car detailing place but they had never been able to get them out! This place did great job on my car and turned it to clean spotless from inside and first of all the car was totally dry from shampooing by the time I picked it up and not to forget the great customer service and care I have received ..definitely recommend it!”
