I have been to LensCrafters a couple times now and had to return/exchange my eyewear because I just didn’t feel comfortable in them. I was terrified that they were going to think I was a terrible customer for having to return eyewear a couple of times. But Dr. Mike, who was the market manager, assured me, that that was not the case. He made me feel like I was a part of his family. I’ve never been treated so nicely, and with so much generosity and professionalism. He was even speaking to me on a very deep level, and even almost had me breaking down with tears. Life has been really rough for me As I lost my job after 15 years, it’s been tough trying to find a job, and then our dog, Roxy, passed away last night. Dr. Mike was such a professional, I cannot thank him enough for his sincere generosity, making me feel comfortable, and just treating me like a decent human being. Thank you, Dr. Mike I also want to thank another employee, I’m not sure if she is a manager, but I believe her name was Cami. I may have gotten her name wrong. But the entire staff there has been nothing short of professional and kind. They make you feel like you are a part of their family, which is the way a retail business is supposed to be ran. Thank you to all the staff at LensCrafters at Haywood Mall and Greenville SC. Job well done.

Very poor service. Took an hour to be seen by Dr. Rast.Pregnant black receptionist is very nicest and the technician who performs the eye exams has horrible customer service.He barely spoke or introduced himself.,Dr. Rats have excuses about the 15minute scheduling system instead of offering to have staff offer a more professional work environment.,The clinical staff is just here, but has no sense of service to patients.

I went to LensCrafters today to have my glasses fixed took them three hours while I walked around in the mall with my lil girl for her birthday. When they called me to come pick them back up, I got them out of the case and wanted tocheck them out and one of the lenses was loose and I asked the woman if she could tighten it up and she said they couldn’t be more tight but the other lens was very tight. She got an attitude with me. And I asked the woman if she could fix it and she said it’ll take another three hours and I figured I’d just not go back . So I left the store. She had a rude attitude.
