This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! Our salesman, Walker Cullen, and everyone in the showroom made sure we were not ignored at any time, offered drinks and snacks, and made to feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire process. I appreciated everyone's patience with us and the good humored approach to the small roadblocks we faced during the process. Thank you again to all who made buying my dream car a reality and fun. Also the bow on top in our picture made me feel special, which I really enjoyed!

I was introduced to Alexus Workman in sales where she helped my wife and me pick out the perfect Lexus RX 350 She was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining details of the car and sales procedure. She’s got a great sense of humor and we are so happy with the Car she guided us toward purchase based off our needs! I just purchased a new car all on my own and my experience was amazing. I was hesitant at first since I have never purchased a vehicle on my own, but Walker was such a great help. He made the process so quick and easy which I was very thankful for. He was so knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything to me knowing it was my first time. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car!

All I can say is go see Steven Reisinger if you want to deal with a true Sales professional. This Guy is not your ordinary fly by night salesman. From start to finish he treated me with respect and was very patient. I did pressure him on the price and he didn’t let it frustrate him. He was honest and straight forward. He was training Carlos who was very professional as well. When he had to step away Carlos was right there helping as much as he could. Being a prior GM in furniture sales, I definitely would have loved to work beside them. I purchased my vehicle because of the quality and professionalism displayed throughout the sales experience. Good job! Mike the finance Mgr was awesome also, very professional and straight to the point.

I took my Lexus NX for service yesterday. The new location is a wonderful facility. The waiting area is very comfortable and a great improvement over the old location. My service representative was David Romeo. I have worked with David before and I highly recommend him. A great overall service visit.

I saw a few used cars online at Lexus of Greenville that I was interested in. I submitted an online inquiry about one after business hours and got a prompt response from Anthony who set an appointment for me to see the vehicle. When I arrived he met my wife and I with warm greetings. We test drove the vehicle and he was very patient and not pushy at all while we tried to decide if it was the right vehicle for us. I decided to go ahead and leave and think about it and possibly tour some other lots as well. We parked the test drive vehicle next to our current vehicle, so we were looking at it again and my wife suggest that maybe I should not leave this car because it would be gone. Anthony came out to take the vehicle back on the lot. He thought we had left. So he tells us to come back in and have a some refreshments and get out of the heat (it was sweltering)! He then informed us the price of the vehicle had dropped by almost a Grand. We went ahead and closed the deal. He was honest with me about everything with financing and in return he earned my trust. I would buy a vehicle from him again and I'll recommend my friends and family to him. I also want to give a special shout out to Daniel who assisted me in taking delivery of the vehicle when I returned to pick it up as the dealership was absolutely swamped over the weekend. He was kind and professional which tells me that's the culture they have created. I could not be more happy with the vehicle, dealership, and Anthony and Daniel.

Cameron and his team were so great! I received a video of my car and the maintenance that was going to be done on it. I had a full day of errands so I was given a loaner car for the day. That was super convenient and helpful! I will be taking my car back to Lexus in Greenville for all future maintenance. Thank you again, Cameron!

If you can find your Lexus at a different dealership, I’d do that if I were you.This was my very first time purchasing a brand new luxury car and the experience was/still is a bit disappointing. My sales managers, Daniel and Naji, were great. I had no issues with them at all. Very informative and kind gentlemen.However, their processes and policies are undesirable.I drove all of the way from Charlotte because they had the model and color that I was looking for. So, this was quite the journey.If you have your own bank that you would like to use for your loan, they make you jump through hurdles. I had an auto power check from my credit union that far exceeded the amount that I needed to borrow. My bank confirmed verbally that the money was available in addition. They refused to take the check because other banks had taken so long in the past to pay the monies. I found that totally odd being that I had never heard that from any car dealership in my life.Ignoring the red flags, I still continued through the process. I had to go to my bank and do all my paperwork before getting the car so that they could write out a cashiers check for the exact amount. This is the whole reason why banks to auto power checks because usually processes as such are done in the back office, without the customer having to wait.I went to Greenville with check in hand to get the vehicle and the experience with the people once I arrived was mediocre at best.The worst part of this experience is that I transferred my tags from a previous vehicle. I made sure to tell them while they were processing the paperwork, that my tags would expire in 60 days and they needed to make sure that the transfer was sent to DMV during that 45 day time period. Not to mention, the copy of the registration that I had to provide noted the expiration date.I rode around on the paper temp tags for about 2 weeks until all of the ink smeared due to rain. From that point on, I called 1-2 times a week asking about the status of my transfer and I was always told that it had been sent and I should be receiving it soon. Fast forward to 2 months later, the transfer was done late, causing my tags to expire and DMV having to issue me a whole new plate. I really wish I would’ve just did the transfer myself because this was horrible.

This business is not set up to do online business and they act like they have to pull teeth to sell you a car...I was ready to buy the car but they aren't set up for online deals and are not willing to budge my salesperson Alexus was awful and couldn't care less if she sold a car or not and actually acted like I was bothering her. They won't be around long if they are not set up to do deals online and can't even imagine how much business they are losing right now cause they just lost a 52k deal here. I would say find another dealer that doesn't act like you owe them a favor to wait on you. Horrible practice.

My wife and I just left a deposit on a new RX500. We can't say enough Great things about our salesman (Brett Forrester). He was very knowledgeable about the product. He was also patient and helpful in getting answers to our many questions. Brett was never pushy and made us feel completely comfortable. We can't wait until our new SUV arrives and will refer all of our friends.Great Job Brett!
