The food was not cooked to order. We ordered. I ordered over medium eggs, and they gave me fried hard eggs. The bacon was burnt, and the biscuit and gravy was not good. The only thing good about my brunch was the orange juice.

Came in on a busy Saturday morning. My brother and his wife got their food fairly quickly but our meal was taking quite a while. Alex, the GM, came by and acknowledged it and comped our meal. That was an incredible response and was greatly appreciated. Things aren't always perfect but that was how to keep a loyal customer!!!!

My daughter and I ordered takeout from Maple Street this afternoon. She ordered chicken and waffles and I got a breakfast bowl. I drove downtown found parking and walked to the restaurant. When I got home, the chicken for the chicken and waffles was not in the bag. I called them and they told me that I could either reach out to DoorDash (which my daughter ordered pickup through as she did not realize that you could order directly from their website) or I could come back and they would give me the chicken. I don’t live very far, so I drove back to downtown. Found parking again. And walked back to the store. It was a real pain to have to go through all that again, but I had decided that I wasn’t going to be upset because I could just get some chives and avocado for my breakfast bowl (which I erroneously thought would be included) while I was there. They were out of chives but told me I could pay $2.50 for avocado. I was about to do it, but then I realized how ridiculous it was to be charging me for avocado when I just had to take 45 minutes out of my day, because of a mistake that they made. There are so many amazing places to eat in downtown Greenville please do not waste your money on this overpriced mediocre food with a staff that does not care about their guests. I’m old-school food service industry, and I realize things aren’t the way that they used to be, but there still are some places who understand the importance of service. This is not one of them.

Great breakfast menu (the most difficult thing is deciding on what to *forego*).The quirk of providing the answer to a question as your call-out name adds a nice component to the atmosphere. The food is deliciously prepared while also rapidly made ready.Strongly recommend this place.

My colleague was really excited to try southern cooking. This place is not it.Not only was the food cold, it wasn't flavorful at all. The eggs appeared to have been cooked on a dry rock, then chilled. Not sure what the "Smashbrowns" are supposed to be, but they weren't cooked nearly long enough to get an outer crust and warm center. Bacon had an odd flavor, likely picked up from the unseasoned flattop. The biscuits looked very good, but cold enough to harden butter. The gravy was a cold mass of undercooked flour and possibly milk, couldn't get past the grainy texture and there was no hint of sausage flavor.Coffee was cold and it took a while to find a mug clean enough to use.I would prefer any fast food breakfast spot to this.

I. ABSOLUTELY. LOVE. THIS. PLACE. The food was phenomenal. The staff were very congenial. There was a marathon in town that day and the place was PACKED! Yet they went out of the way to apologize for the wait. It was definitely worth it. You MIST give them a try.

This is a chain across America from what my daughter says, and it was wonderful. I just love Greenville everybody is so happy, the service was great. The peoples attitude was good. The food was good. What can I say it’s a little breakfast place but it was wonderful.

My parents were visiting and chose Maple Street (downtown Greenville) for breakfast on Saturday. They were extremely busy, and all the tables were taken except for the patio on a fairly cold and windy day. They were out of potatoes at 11am (not great for a breakfast place!) so they had zero vegan options other than non-dairy milk for my beverage. My parents enjoyed their breakfast, but weren't terribly impressed. None of us plan to go back.

We specifically made a trip downtown to check out Maple St Biscuit company.. it was a Saturday at 11am and there was quite a line. It took us about 45 mins to work our way thru the line and then it took another 15 mins to get our order. Was very good but maybe get there earlier. Also because of how busy it was they were out of certain items, like avocado for the keto bowl.

The line and wait was pretty long, but it was totally worth it. The service was great, the food was tasty, filling and worth the price. I really liked their Maple Tap coffee as well.
