“I've used this lab on three separate occasions and every time has been a great experience. There is very little wait for walk ins. The staff are very knowledgeable and competent. They are also very kind! I usually pass out when getting blood drawn, but this place is so kind and helpful: getting ice for my neck, electrolytes, etc. They are so respectful and act like they genuinely care about me! If I need bloodwork, this is my preferred spot.”

“They were short handed, so possibly other people have felt a little irritated and they need to do a little upgrade of the facility. The service we received from Sheri was what we all would want when we are getting our labs drawn. Because of an insurance error from months ago that had not been formally addressed, she was seeing we owed a large balance making us unable to be seen. Sheri was wearing a lot of hats, she is the phlebotomist but was the receptionist and AP/AR for our situation. She could said we can’t see you without payment, she listened and took the time to call and look into it learning that what we said was indeed the facts. We had handled this at the beginning of the year and the insurance and Labcorp had dropped the ball.
Without Sheri taking the time to listen and try to help us, we would have been at the hospitals lab for hours. She continued to check in patients making sure that everyone was receiving amazing service and kept the wait times under their projected time. Her kindness can be seen in her eyes, her skills can’t be taught and aren’t in the training manuals. If you have labs scheduled stop by that location and ask for Sheri, tell her Lisa and Jordan sent you!

“I needed to take a pre-employment drug test. At the time of this written review, no appointments are necessary for a drug test at ExamOne so I came in during my lunch break on a Thursday. “Wonderful experience and so happy they have Saturday appointments. My phlebotomist was one of the best I have had in a long time and the office was clean. Quick in and out. Very nice experience. My doctor said they could only use Labcorp but they had no Saturday appointments near where I live so I just bought the test I needed out of pocket for the shear convenience of it.”

“In and out. No problems as a walk-in.
I was given 4 numbers to call. One was for the phlebotomist to come to the house. The number was a place in Augusta and she said the nearest was in Athens and that was t good. I didn’t think to ask your store if that was an option.
