This used to be my go to mechanic but unfortunately the owner, John, has retired and sold the business to new owners, they made some very unpleasant changes right away, in addition to raising prices they instituted a policy of forcing employees to stay late of all the work wasn't done, and while I was there they wound having to stay an hour past close and the new manager was still taking walk ins. This sort of policy is going to lead to unhappy mechanics who are in a rush to get people out the door and will definitely have an effect on quality, it is also very likely to create resentment in employees towards not only the new owners but towards the customers as well. I wouldn't trust even getting an oil change under these conditions. My whole family came here because of John's clear sense of honor and integrity but none of us will be returning since he is no longer there. Enjoy your retirement John you are sorely missed but you deserve the rest.

This was a great experience. I came in for an oil change and all of the staff was very informative and professional about other diagnostic things that my car needed. Very polite as well. I would definitely recommend coming here for any car needs. I will be back!
