Got me in for a strep test right away even though there were no appointments. Jessica and her support staff were so kind and caring.

I arrived at The Minute Clinic Pelham Road today at about 2:40 wanting to be seen for sore throat and ear pain. There was not one single person in the whole area besides me. Completely empty. One of the office doors was open and I when I got closer I could see someone sitting. I said hello - and said (nicely) why I was there and smiled and asked if she could help. That "nurse" or whoever she was acted like I'd kicked her dog. Asked if I had an appointment and snappily told me they were totally booked but to go to the "kiosk" to see if they might have an opening and returned to her chair. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THERE OR WAITING!! Empty. And the kiosk asked the same 3 Covid questions over and over and over with no where to advance or more information. After a few minutes of this nonsense I left - never to return. Do people really go there??? "Someone" in that Clinic needs some serious help in customer relations. I drove less than 1/2 mile to AFC Bon Secours Urgent Care on Pelham and was seen within 15 minutes and treated with respect and courtesy - they were great!!!

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because the NP was kind to me. The nurse that I spoke to beforehand was very unprofessional. I have never been treated with such arrogant disrespect from any healthcare provider. Her name may have been Terry. I have lost my voice so it is very difficult to understand me, hear me, or know my tone when speaking. She was being very short and rude to me, so I asked her if she was ok because she was being very rude to me. Her response/reaction was to be even more rude and unprofessional. At one point I asked her why she was yelling at me and she said I was yelling at her. I explained to her that I wasn't yelling at her and that I (very obviously) lost my voice so there was no way I would be yelling at her. I was obviously upset with how I was being treated and she could care less. When we walked outside of the room I asked the NP if I could speak with her about my experience. The nurse, maybe Terry, ran in front of me to tell the NP something that I couldn't hear. When I was speaking with the NP about what had happened maybe Terry cut in and said I never said that I had a photo of my insurance card which I definitely did tell her that, but you know, you can't hear me since I lost my voice (or she really wasn't listening).Thankfully, I was able to be seen by the NP. I am dumbfounded that a nurse feels it is ok to treat patients in such a manner. I have had to see this nurse once before and she was unbelievably rude then as well. I am usually shy and don't like conflict, so I never said anything. This time I thought I would ask why I was being treated this way. Instead of having a discussion I was met with more unpleasant behavior. A healthcare provider was actually yelling at me. Of course, I will not be back to a CVS Minute Clinic again. I will also being sharing my experience with loved ones and clients to make sure they do not have this experience as well. To maybe Terry, how do you want patients to feel when they are in your presence and being taken care of by you? How do you want them to feel when they leave your care? I hope this experience helps you to understand how much your actions and words affect the patients you see. In case you forgot... "Nurse: a person who cares for the sick or infirm.Specifically: a licensed health-care professional who practices independently or is supervised by a physician, surgeon, or dentist and who is skilled in promoting and maintaining health". Let's not forget that health is physical and mental.Just wanted to add... it looks as though other people have had an unpleasant experience with a provider/employee at this Minute Clinic location. CVS, it may be time to check into this since there is a "smarta$$" provider/employee at this Minute Clinic location (that was quoted from another review). Not sure if that was maybe Terry but.... maybe.

The NP, Jessica, that I saw was outstanding. She was very attentive and thorough. I have been severely congested, had an extreme sore throat, pain in both ears and running a mid to high level fever for 4 days. She ran a Covid and strep test to eliminate both of those and based on my symptoms, made a very professional and well thought out diagnosis. Prescribing the correct medication for all of my symptoms. As I entered the store I remembered I needed a mask and no longer carry one. The “sweet” lady at the counter told me they don’t have any and had no idea if they sold them. As soon as I got to the minute clinic section Jessica was kind enough to get me a new one. The wait was maybe 5 minutes initially and 10 minutes for the test results. I’m guessing but as soon as they were ready she called me straight back.Excellent experience with Jessica. As always and in any profession, the person / people make the difference. If you ask for Jessica and make sure to schedule your appointment when she’s available, you won’t be disappointed. Much better than the typical trip to the doctor.

Today, Sun., May 29, 2022, I walked in to the CVS Minute Clinic at 3901 Pelham Road, Greenville, SC. I had an earache and needed to be seen. There was about 20 minutes left before the clinic closed at 4:30. The nurse was sitting in the exam room with the door open talking on her phone. I asked to be seen, and she refused saying that they were closed. The sign clearly indicated that they closed at 4:30 and I arrived about 4:10 and was the only one there wanting to be seen. So much for compassionate care or truth in advertising. I will never go back to this clinic again.

Never again! I went in this morning for a sinus infection that has been brewing since before thanksgiving. The PA got stuck on the detail that I said since Wednesday over the counter medication was not working so she thought I had only been having symptoms that long so she assumed it was only viral. I am in a lot of pain in my face and coughing but no that’s okay. Guess I have to wait for a real doctor. I have had enough of these to know when I need to see someone. Completely wasted my time and copay money this morning.

Appt was canceled due to clinic closing. I get it stuff happens but I had this covid test planned for a week. All I got was a text that my appt was canceled. Noone in the store could help me get in with another minute clinic... I had scheduled the test a week ago so that I could attend an event. There are no other appt times available at any other minute clinics. If you are going to cancel people's appts you should make an attempt to get them rescheduled within a timely manner and do more than send them a text message. I do not plan to ever use minute clinic again .

Says walk-ins are welcome but when I tried to be seen for some congestion the woman working was rude and said I HAD to have an appointment.

The service was very good. However, I just hung up after 22 minutes waiting to dispute the bill due to an insurance billing error. There is no email address given anywhere that I can find.

Received a call 20 mins before my appointment, the smarta@@ girl told me it sounded like covid and they would not treat me I need to go to the clinic down the street. She then called me again to ask the same questions, I told her she already canceled my appointment and ask why are they open if they do not want to help. She said it was up to the NP and that it was on the CVS site telling people that. I looked all over the site and I saw nothing saying that it was up to the NP discretion. I have a sinus infection every year around this time, I know what they feel like. I do not have COViD. Needless to say I will never step foot in a CVS for anything ever again. They allow employees to lie to customers and allow NP to make the rules. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I went here for my first COVID vaccination and they really had their act together. A convenient check-in table was staffed right by the front door so they could check credentials. Then a "concierge" took me back to the waiting area. Things moved quickly and I was vaccinated with 10 minutes of arrival. Then they took me to a recovery area for 15 minutes to make sure I had no adverse reactions. Very well done.

Had to get covid tested with the family. We were in and out! We then got a call from the NP 30 minutes later with the results. Excellent service!

Wouldn't see me due to a prior balance that I already paid (seriously, already paid and had it withdrawn from my checking...) So essentially they wanted me to double pay for it. I thought this goes against the doctors code of conduct? I guess doctors will only look your way if your pockets are big enough....
