“Such a great experience! Josie was super knowledgeable and helpful. I had just received a new plant and was nervous about how to care for it, but she took the time to explain everything in a really reassuring way. The store has a beautiful variety of plants and pots—I ended up buying two pots and one plant! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and they even host weekly and monthly events that I’m excited to check out soon. Highly recommend stopping by!”
“I had a bump in the road with them but one of the owners came out to meet me and clear things up. I didn't see it as necessary, but he was very gracious and insistent that he make sure everything was good to go. I've not had too many negative experiences with companies in the past, but I doubt most will respond as thoroughly as he did.”

“This is the best garden center in the upstate if not the whole state of South Carolina! A huge selection of various annual and perennial flowers as well as so many different types of evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs. You can tell
the employees are passionate and knowledgeable by the quality of all the plants on property. It truly is my happy place!”

“What is a trip to greenville, without stopping at Country Boys!
It's halloween season.So I stopped in here to see what they had out on display to get some ideas.
This is more of an Autumn themed store and the halloween section was very small; however, I did fall in love with and purchased a beautiful snow globe that had a spinning witch with bats and I adore it.
Their Christmas room is absolutely amazing!! It is adorned with dozens of trees and a variety of christmas themes. It must be absolutely amazing to work here and just be able to create these trees for display.
They have an outdoor plant section that is massive.
Having said all that, it is very expensive here.
They do offer a restroom for patrons. It's located in the back area, but it is very spacious and easily accessible”
“Couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Green Thumb Bonsai. John was very knowledgeable without coming across as a know it all. It was wonderful hearing his story and spending time with him. His selection is wonderful and his prices are reasonable. I left with two junipers and a boxwood and can't wait to go back for more. I'm glad I made the hour and a half drive to find this treasure! Please go see John if you are in the market for a Bonsai he has something for every level of commitment.”
“This rental department is the main reason I go to Home Depot and specifically this Home Depot's rental department is better than the other ones around. The associate is always working as fast as he can and does his best to get you going with the right tool for the job.”

Took them into this location and George in that department was 5 steps ahead of me knowing exactly where the other store’s associate had gone wrong. Made it all right and went the extra mile. Great customer service here.”
“I arrived in town after moving across country with a Penske truck. I met Tiffany at the return desk. I was welcome in town, she gave me ideas on where to live. Inspected my truck. It was very hot outside, yet Tiffany was all smiles. She asked if I needed anything else from her store, and reminded me , Home Depot was there for future rentals and any house holds need. I loved the personal , professional, and friendly service I received.”
“This involve three sheets of plywood that I was unable to return.
Over this past weekend, I was helped out by four extremely empathetic employees at the Woodruff Rd Home Depot and I want them to be recognized for their sincere efforts.
On Monday morning 7/22/24, Keke at the Service Desk was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my solving my unorthodox situation and the MOD that morning, didn't fuss at me and knew exactly how to resolve the problem.
I also would like to recognize Davi (Sunday 7/21/24) in the Rental Department (trailer rental) was more than empathic and understanding with my rental and I can't thank him enough for taking a genuine interest in helping me and for his kind words after I brought the trailer back. Then right before the store closed one very helpful young lady at the Service Desk on (Sunday 7/21/24), was also extremely helpful and caring when it came to the circumstances of my situation.
These four employees showed what it means to work as a team to resolve even the most trivial issues a customer may encounter. Kudos to all of them.
Home Depot (the Orange Store) will always, has always and will continue to be my goto, Home Improvement store for any and all future projects. Thank you all so very much.”
“Always been a great place to shop and they are everywhere so I usually don't have to go far to find one . Only complaint is about the mobility carts always die on me or are dead in the parking lot wished they would make a better effort in keeping them usable for us handicapped”

He was very respectful and more importantly knowledgeable about everything that is green. I will certainly be using their services again.”
