truly the worst old navy in the area. the entire store is overrun by carts of discarded clothing, the front desk is covered in returns/ clothing, the dressing rooms are FULL of clothes people have left behind that haven't been taken care of. you can be not find clothes because they're just thrown all over the store. it always looks dirty & unkempt like none of the employees care. such a shame!

Old Navy is such a good place to shop for you and the family.Kids love the selections and you will love the prices that won't break the pocketbook ? Now they do have other choices for the adults that you treat yourself to ?

This would be a 5 star review if there was a better selection of polos in the toddler section. Victor assisted me and was so sweet, knowledgeable and creative! He helped me find last minute outfits for my husband, his dad and our son for Father's Day brunch. If you are ever in store, ask for Victor!

Old Navy is a great place to find clothes for your teen. It's good quality for a typically good price. I find that the clearance racks are a godsend for my kids. I got 3 school regulated shorts for 15 dollars and honestly it was far cheaper than Amazon. Which ... Is rare these days.

Experience was fine. Was visiting and purchased $300 worth of clothes. Drive 2.5 hrs home and my daughter is upset because the security tag was left on. I even told the cashier I could bag my own stuff because she was disabled. She didn’t have the capabilities to have seen the tag due to her limitations. The closest old navy to me is over 50 mins…like wth! I need a store credit!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lady I’m front of us was “Caucasian” and only had one pair of shoes to purchase and was able to spin the wheel. However whenever I bought 3 and my niece bought 4 we asked to spin the wheel and she said no. If racism was a person it’s definitely her. Corporate will be contacted.
