Cleanest O'Reilly that I've been to yet!! Professional employees and some of them specifically, Stephen has a nice 1979 Sqaurebody Chevy! Nicolle is a great manager, and Stephen is great at being personal about vehicles! Ethan is great at being able to explain, James is super nice and great!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...Long story short...purchased a battery in POWDERSVILLE location on a Monday morning, drove to Charleston, that afternoon car would not crank. Had my car towed to a local mechanic, they did a load test said the battery was bad. Took the battery back to the POWDERSVILLE O'Reilly's where I purchased it and was RUDELY told, by the "manager" that the battery tested good and I would not get my money back because it was used. He said if I had a problem, I need to call the corporate office, so I did. I did not want to deal with the POWDERSVILLE location, so the O'Reilly's, in EASLEY, returned my money no questions asked. SUPER NICE PEOPLE!!

Stephen was super helpful and very kind. He walked over and gave us a jump when our battery died at the gas station next door and helped us test, remove, and replace the battery (while entertaining our toddler's question). Wonderful person❤!!! Thank you for all of your help!!

needed a socket to remove my license plate instead of me having to buy one the young lady behind the counter said try this one if it doesn't work we have others you could usewent outside it worked just great I went in and purchased a frame and the bearded guy was also super friendly, Kudos to the whole team Thanks for your help

I love this store out of all the oriellys in the area! Nick was super helpful with getting us what we needed and troubleshooting what the issue was with my vehicle. He didn’t hesitate to stay a little after closing hours to make sure we were taken care of. 10/10 recommend!

Customer service is horrible. Avoid this auto parts store and preferably go to AutoZone and I really don’t care for AutoZone altogether but I would rather go there
