They can't process their orders. Customer Service can't do anything. Placed an order on a "special" they were running, a red dot, and 10 magazines. Threw in some ammo too (everything was in stock). Credit card charged, fifteen days later, it still hasn't been processed. Had to cancel because they don't fulfill their orders. I had 5 unhelpful contacts with their Customer Service over those two weeks, where they either lied or were just lame. Either way, I would avoid this company. I'll be surprised if they can get my refund correct.

While I personally love the store the gun range is evidently separate from the store after speaking to the manager. We called to see what time the gun range closed. They told us 5ish. We drove an hour to get there and they told us we couldn't shoot at 5.The store closed at 6. And on top of it they were very rude and were sarcastic to my fiancé! So unbelievably unprofessional!!!!! Won't be coming back here to shoot anymore!!!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of gun ownership.Almost impossible to have anyone answer the phone, even though I tried every store. When I did get thru to someone after over an hour of trying, I asked if I could return an item bought online in the store. There answer was, NO we did not get your money so you cannot bring it here !!My wife bought me a thermal scope for Christmas and I unwrapped it on Christmas morning. I was not what I wanted, so in the new year I called them about returning it, I wanted one with a built in rangefinder.The scope was unused still in the box but because my wife had bought the scope at the end of November there 30 day return policy was in effect. Even though I had the scope only 20 days ! I understand there 30 day policy however it is common in the retail industry to honor Christmas gifts.. Besides it was unopened and I was intending to buy a much more expensive scope and would have been happy to accept a credit instead of my money returned..Stay away from PSA they are all about policy not there customer!!

Like many people on here I have experienced poor customer from the staff in the past. I feel like PSA has worked to address this issue. The last few times I’ve been to the store everyone has been very friendly. I recently had to replace an AR upper (because the postal service lost mine in transit). I ordered a new one from PSA and they shipped it out next day. Overall, you aren’t going to find a better selection or better prices anywhere else. If they keep this up I will never shop anywhere else.

Love the store the associates were nice. I asked for a price in ammo and was told differently from what it rang up at the register. Turned out thy checked the wrong case, but the manager matched it on his own due to the wait. Can't beat their customer service.

We had a great experience here! We were leery about stopping by due to the reviews about poor customer service, but decided to give it a try since we were in the area. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

Wish they had a bit more selection in typical hunting, mainly an AR platform decoration arena in the center of the store. Staff is good people. Good pistol selection. Getting on their email list for daily deals notifications is worth it, saved loads of money by checking that out couple of times a week. Got my eye on a couple of things that will be future purchases, and will most probably be at this location. Been there, bought that, will return. Thanks PSA.

I had quite the Christmas miracle this morning! I’m a huge procrastinator with Christmas shopping and even more so when I hear that a gift for my husband is at a store we absolutely despise! We were helped by PATRICK! I unloaded our previous experiences at the store and how we have felt so unwanted/ignored/wrote off. Before going in I was beyond nervous and even more so because I had my toddler and was about to enter a place where I have never felt wanted. I approached the counter and told the man I knew what I wanted in hopes of making it less stressful and to get out quick! After meeting Patrick and his calm and welcoming demeanor I was so much more comfortable. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US! We will definitely be back! Thank you again so very much PATRICK! You truly were my Christmas miracle this morning!

I enjoy speaking to the knowledgeable staff. Great selection of weaponry. However, I purchased a new gun from them that keeps jamming. They sent me to the manufacturer - which isn't easy. I don't think it's great customer service, to have the customer figure out an issue with a product they sold.

I could not be happier. I ordered a shot gun on-line and it came into the Greenville SC location in only 3 days (expect 7 to 10 business days is what their website states). I picked it up the next morning & even though there were two people in front of me, I only waited a couple of minutes. I got a good quality gun and a great price. I interacted with four of the staff (getting the gun, completing paperwork, checking out) and all were helpful and knew their jobs. I'll suggest this store to anyone.

I'll update and edit review once gun arrives and is tested . How long it takes to get here ( I'm in GA shouldn't take but a week ) and how well it fires and any problems after I get it. Starting off with a 5 star off of the purchase experience alone. . I carry Glock loaded with hornady around North side of ATL while doing gig jobs ( LYFT , Uber Eats etc..) But wanted my first AK or AR platform. I was looking at century arms and PSA . I was looking at x39 or 5.56 . I decided to go with PSA and the 5.56 . Website is SUPER easy to navigate! The little 7 inch Marauder 5.56 at already great price had black Friday price just over 400 bucks! Added it to the cart. It goes step by step really easy. Had FFL dealer locator on it. The local shop I use was already on there with their info. Went to payment and DONE ! Got an email right away with confirmation number and order info! Already ordered the update PSA paddle handle with the lip to help with gas as I'm going to assume this little guy might be gassy. I went with a phase 5 hex 2 " Biden stick" with foam pad for the back I ordered from phase 5. I want the mbus pro flip ups but the front is out of stick right now. Gona test it out first with just the updated paddle handle and run different ammo through it. I'm debating IMI green crayons for a stock pile for a shtf senerio but gona try different things. I'm in GA no mag restrictions it says ut comes with a 30 . Hopefully it does. My local shop even has pmags 30 rounds with a plus two that Daniel defense did so I'll grab couple if those 32 pmags from them. Hopefully this lives up to what it says it is and it out preforms what you'd think a cheap ass 500 dollar gun will do as its advertising. Well see. But so far I'm pleased and waiting for gun to arrive.

HORRENDOUS shipping times. "In stock" items take days JUST TO SHIP OUT OF PALMETTO. I ordered 3 items. One SHIPPED 5 days after I ordered it. The other two have NOT SHIPPED yet. All of the items STILL show as "In Stock". That is insane in this day and age. Palmetto tells me they "Drop Ship" from the manufacturer. They need to drastically update their fulfillment systems and what they term as "In Stock". Expectation in these days is if an item is "In Stock" it will ship that day or the next day the latest. And I don't care what some cryptic note on a terms and conditions page says.

Called in to talk to someone in customer service about grip not fitting and the one they sent should’ve fit but it doesn’t so I am talking to customer service and I told the guy I have bought plenty of parts kits and keep getting either to many springs with the parts kits or not enough . He got in a heated argument with me & called me a lier that I was wrong so I guess I’m done with palmetto they are not going to call me a lier and expect me to keep buying from them
