If I seriously could have rated this place zero stars I would have. I cannot believe that that store had five employees working in the front of the store. Only one person I'm register but nine customers deep. Everybody else is just playing with balloons or talking with each other, ef the customer. The whole darned store should be closed. That's how bad it is

This is not my idea of a fun place to go but seeing how it was good for shopping for what we needed that's all that counts But if you're in the need of their stuff that's the place to go

Donna was a saint ! She went above and beyond for us picking out balloons for a baby shower ! She did not have to do as much as she did and we were eternally grateful for her help !!!!

This store and all its employees are awful. They are just there to get a paycheck, as I overheard one clerk tell that to another clerk. No one is willing to help you locate anything. They just point to what aisle it may be on and you’re left to fend for yourself. And don’t get me started on the balloon department. Management, or Corporate, needs to clean house and fire everyone there. Or just shut the whole place down.

The balloons started deflating immediately. As soon as we got near the car, they starting hissing and the closed the store because it closes at 6PM now instead of 8PM now. It’s extraordinarily unfortunate that this happens, considering it happens consistently. Their prices are atrocious and they only start hiring at $10.25 an hour. He charged us for the wrong item, and we didn’t notice until we got home. It was the $32 bundle and we paid $43. This place SUCKS.

I arrived at the store when they opened to have 6 latex balloons & 3 foil balloons inflated. After waiting for them to get settled at their stations the young lady at the ballon station confirmed she could inflate the balloons to get in line & pay first. Waited in line a additional 15 minutes because another customer was having a issue just go be told by the cashier it was a 45 minute wait to inflate my balloons no reason given. Poor communication & customer service. Either employee couldve informed the line of customers waiting for balloons of the wait time prior to waiting & going to the register. Also if there are so many pickup orders on balloons the store should take precaution by having employees arrive early or extra come in to ensure those are completed in a timely manner so walk in customers can be assisted in a timely manner.

Horrible service, came in today to get balloons for my daughters birthday and they said they couldn’t blow it up for me because they had a lot of orders they needed to fulfill. So because of them working slow I had to be inconvenienced and had to purchase my balloons and drive to the party city in Spartanburg just to get balloons blown up. Also the cashier didn’t care and just brushed me off. Will not be shopping at this location ever again.

I ordered supplies for my son's birthday and selected same day delivery between 4-6PM. At 6PM I received a text message notifying me that my delivery was cancelled and to contact the store. When I called they told me that my order wasn't picked up by the Uber driver and they would schedule me another one. When they weren't able to get another driver lined up the store manager, Alicia, personally delivered my items to my house early that evening. She understood the importance of receiving the order as soon as possible and went above and beyond to ensure it was received. I was incredibly appreciative and had a renewed faith in big box retail stores!

We purchased everything needed for a party, and that was not a problem. We placed a balloon order, and I was advised that when it was the day for me to pick it up just to go to the balloon counter and it would be ready. I arrived in the store to pick it up and there was a line from one end all the way to the other. I waited fifteen minutes and no one even came to that counter to help me. I eventually raised my voice to draw some attention and someone came to help me. .The balloon counter should always be having someone there.

I have gone here to decorate two parties now, and it has always been a great experience. Planning/decorating a party can be daunting and overwhelming, but the employees there make it as painless as possible with suggestions and their assistance. When I was checking out during my last visit, the person at the register prevented me from having a very stressful moment by noticing some of the items I had put in my cart wouldn’t work for certain things, and then went and brought me a few options that could work instead. Their balloon ordering/pick up/delivery is flexible and simple. They’re always so friendly and helpful; I definitely recommend this place!

I order balloons yesterday for a wedding today.They said I could pick them up yesterday at 3:30pm. I didn't have time so I just went in at 11:00am today to pick them up and no one could find them and then they saw them.laying on the floor. The manager who was in charged name Jasmin said I should have know to pick them up as they would deflated. I didn't have time for a new set of balloons as the wedding is today. I ask if I could get the wedding came that was blown up at the front and she said that is 15.00 so I will have to pay 4.00 difference. I mean really my balloons are deflated and you want to charge me 4 dollars for the difference. So disappointed in the management at this location. How would I have ever know my balloons would deflate within 15 hours?

Balloons don’t last at all. If you get delivery it might be canceled on you. My balloons cost me over $100 and they lasted only 24hr. Disappointed ?

Their website says they will fill balloons not purchased there. Drove 30 minutes to have our balloons filled. Got to the counter with our balloons. Was asked by a snarky teen, "Did you buy those here?" Replied, No." She then lied, saying they cannot fill balloons within 30 minutes of closing time, per her manager. It was 8:25pm. She didn't turn away the 2 customers in front of us or the ones behind us who bought theirs in store. Maybe corporate should know this store turns away customers.

Wait for 30 minutes to fill ballon, then on e you walk out they all got loose , the jung guy didn't know how its done , bad service sloooowww , no people and still wait and wait , plan enough time if you want or pirchase yourself a helium bottle ,
