Amazing !! I have been meaning to write a review forever about premier medicine! Been so carried away and busy lately.. Dr. Jason Coben and premier staff are excellent ! They are very kind and attentive to me each time I speak with them. Dr. Coben is interpersonal and knowledgeable about his work! He’s compassionate as well. He and the staff assisted me in a lot of paper work (in which I hated they had to even do) due to a situation. They’re prompt, and diligent with anything you may have issues with. Definitely an awesome doctor’s office. I am blessed to have had these experiences. Much love and care ! - AJ :)

I give this place two stars. I stopped coming here after Dr.Johnson left. Wasn't given another doctor. Was told to figure it out. They also undercharged me and then tried to make me pay $37 some odd dollars because the lady at the desk doesn't know how to add. (It was already $147 btw)

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Coben for two years. We are extremely happy with his excellent care. He takes his time and he is very smart and intuitive. I like that he encourages my proactive work to be healthier and stronger and overcome chronic health issues and he doesn’t just throw another drug at me. He genuinely works with me. Alyssa (hope I spelled it right) His nurse is always the best. She is kind, patient and very efficient. She stays on top of things and communicates very well if we ever have an issue. The lab is great! I’m in and out and they are very nice and friendly. I know my insurance. The girls at the desk have always been correct. They have been fast and efficient and very nice to us. I have seen bad reviews and I cannot relate. Not once in two years has anyone been anything but sweet and wonderful to us. Dr Coben is really amazing. I am so so happy we found him!

Dr Coben and his staff, especially Alyssa are the best medical providers in the area. I have never had to wait, been rushed, or my problems have never been unresolved. They have always promptly addressed my issues coming from out of town with a medical background, I was concerned about finding an exceptional medical provider and in Dr Coben that's exactly what I found. I am older, and have a lot of health issues, and he has expertly cared for me, or referred me to someone who could. I would give more than five stars, if I could.

My review was removed and I believe people deserve to know what they are going to waste their time, money and health on. I will replace my review as many times as necessary. It also concerns me to wonder how many other horrible experiences have been covered up. Dr. Elizabeth king NP demands the trust of patients she spends no time getting to know or even earning that trust. She refused to offer resources to aid in treating my condition, and instead tried to push medications I wasn’t comfortable with. After suffering a bad reaction to the medication she wanted me to try she simply stated that she wasn’t the physician for me. Her words during my MAYBE 10 mins with her: “I think you just need to stop reading labels, stop asking questions and just take what you are prescribed because I’m a doctor.” It is completely unprofessional and malpractice to fail to provide your patient with ANY information about their care/treatment that they request. I want her to know that I will spread the word to everyone I know About her behavior. I have no problem with finding that a physician isn’t right for me. What I won’t tolerate is a doctor who is clearly in this profession for that quick easy money providing impersonal interactions with patients whose concerns she refuses to try and ease or address. Your job is more than just walking in, staring at our chart, providing little to no options and refusing to offer care. Because of this woman’s lack of efficiency, I am struggling every single day without help for my heart problems. My whole life is on hold until I can get my condition under control

Dr. Johnson is great. I've been a patient of hers for a little over 3 years. Her absence has been felt since she's been out of office. I never had an issue until she went on maternity leave. My lab samples have been lost/discarded twice in a span of 4 days. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. The lack of communication between the reception desk and lab is disturbing. They had to take my vitals and weigh me twice during my last visit because the nurse practitioner said there was no record that they'd even received it. HOW? HOW DO YOU LOSE RECORD OF MY VITALS AND WEIGHT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR? The accountability among this staff is lower than my A1C. They complain about each other which is frightening because if they have nothing kind to say among one another then I know my well-being isn't a priority. I will never make an appointment ever again if I cannot see Dr. Johnson. Believe the reviews you see here. Find another provider if you can help it.

This place absolutely blows - so does bon secours. Stay far away - they code to make sure you have to pay an expensive bill despite requesting to be seen for something insurance covers. Also paying a bill is impossible. I can’t pay online (says info is invalid that I am getting directly from the statement) and the number I call has a busy signal. It’s pathetic - don’t waste your time hereEdit. Finally got a hold of someone who was very nice at the office and I was able to pay directly that way. Still way too much effort to pay a bill but at least that person was really helpful. I would still recommend going elsewhere for your healthcare needs.

Mrs. Jonhson or dr. Johnson I’d use that term loosely, refilled my Clonopin after I moved back to South Carolina. Then after referring me to a psychiatrist, took a week to lmk she for reason couldn’t refill it. left me for a week to go in withdrawals until my appointment with no guarantee I could get prescribed that medication by another doctor. I’m 20 years old I shouldn’t have to call out of work because of this. She’s also prescribed me the same medication twice and lied to my face. negative stars. I’d like to sue for malpractice.

The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because Dr. Peters is a excellent doctor but his office staff is very rude . They don’t know how to talk to people professionally , because if this I’m looking for a new primary doctor . Somebody over there needs to pay attention before they drive all the patients away !

I have been a patient for years and I have noticed a decline in customer service / professionalism within the office since the pandemic. I recently scheduled an appt to complete my annual wellness visit and wanted to make sure my annual labs were completed. I was told I needed to schedule the labs first and doctor visit afterwards, on another day (which happened to be a week later??) I went in for the annual lab work and was advised that I could not have certain labs completed. I am talking about labs that clearly should be part of any annual review, especially given my medical history. First of all, I had to wait because my doctor had not yet put in my labs. While waiting, other patients came in for labs and were able to be seen...I am assuming, because their doctor had already put in their labs prior to their appointment (which is the expectation). As my primary care physician, it is an expectation that he or she be aware of what labs are needed specific to the patient, not just what is on some "check off list" or guide that every PCP tends to go by. In addition to this, I asked to speak to a nurse regarding the labs I needed drawn and felt like I was being nudged off. The tech had to keep going back delivering messages to the nurse and/or doctor, when they could have just taken a moment to come in and speak with me. Thank goodness for the tech, who was trying to assist me, however I could tell she was getting push back from the nurse and / or doctor. The tech eventually told me that the doctor wanted to schedule an office visit to talk about the other labs I was requesting and that maybe I could just go back to the doctor that was "following" those labs. If a PCP cannot do preliminary labwork to get a baseline of where a patient is, regarding an issue that is important and relevant to a particular patient, it does a disservice to the patient. Since the emergence of MyChart, I would think that all my doctors within the same network can access the same information. It is just a matter of the doctor actually taking the time out to do so. As a side note to the staff: Maybe next time it would be beneficial to schedule an appt with the doctor PRIOR to setting up an appt for labs. In general, good customer service was lacking and my patient experience had plenty of room for improvement. Overall, healthcare has started to decline and if you do not advocate for yourself and your loved ones, you may find yourself not getting the care that you need. If you have a doctor that does not seem to listen to your particular needs, I encourage you to seek out another professional that better suits your needs. I give this two stars because the tech went above and beyond to try to help me resolve my concern. Had it not been for the tech, I would have rated this visit a 1.

I have to give a review of Dr. Johnson. She is one of the most caring and personal DO I have ever met!!! Dr. Johnson is very responsive and addresses your needs with sensitivity. I have been going through some difficult times the last few years with my health, but I know that I am in good hands. It is my prayer that I have her as my physician for a very long time!!!!
