The prices are reasonable and I received a lot more personal service than other places that I have used. They also make great copies of pictures, artwork, paintings, and more. The gentleman working in the copy section made sure he understood that I only needed the picture enlarged and not to include the words on the poster. He explained the limits of what was possible and he took care of me while he was multitasking on other print jobs. He was so kind and it came out perfectly. “I’ve always had excellent service at this store. Dr Mike and all of his employees are wonderful, but I was particularly impressed with an encounter I witnessed between Brianna and an elderly lady who was very confused about the process of sending her package. While some people would not have had the patience for this rather lengthy encounter, Brianna was entirely professional, composed, and diligent to see the process through to the end and answer all of the customer’s questions courteously and with no hint of impatience.

“I had an experience at Staples this evening with the print center. Sam is the name of the representative that was helping me tonight. Her level of Customer Service is rare in this day and age. She was very accommodating , helpful and efficient. She was the only one working back there and the line got long fast. Sam acknowledged everyone and still was diligent to help. She helped me with printing my grandmother's funeral programs, which was very helpful. It took a load off of me and she did an excellent job. We need more Sam's in the retail industry.”

Once I was finished, I took the box with the product I'm shipping back, to the counter and was charged $4.25 for the Box, a fair deal.”
