We’ve used Prisma Urgent Care Verdae a few times and we’ve been 100% satisfied with each visit. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s so easy to make an appointment online to save time and we’re quite pleased with the whole experience.

Everything was great however having to pre arrange an appointment online when you aren’t feeling well isn’t great in my opinion.

Verdae blvd. I had an appointment/reservation at 5:00 pm and didn’t get seen until 6:50 pm. The doctor was only with me maybe 6 minutes. She didn’t look in throat, ears or listen to chest. Before she left the room I asked her to listen to my chest. The back left, she said it sounded “junky”. She gave me steroids, and an antibiotic. I ended up 3-4 days later at the [Suffletown] ? Site because I felt worse. This place was much better, the doctor gave me a different antibiotic. The steroids helped and he said my lungs sounded good at this point.

Stacy, NP was very thorough and provided helpful information. Would definitely visit again if unable to see my PCP. It was easy to get an appointment and I was seen very promptly.

The staff at the Verdae location were extremely helpful and caring. I had never been to an urgent care facility before and my experience was first-rate!

*MAKE AN APPOINTMENT*I made an appointment with this office and was seen on time and out of there in less than 25 minutes. Can’t say that for the walk-in I overheard with a two hour wait time. Great office.

My husband & I came here in July, 2023 as we weren’t well, running temperatures and needed to know why. There were maybe 10 patients in the waiting room, but the Prisma staff were constantly complaining about a new system they were tasked to use. Several months after the visit, I received an invoice from them and paid it, only to find I’d over paid by $30. I have been requesting this overpayment returned to me since October and have yet to receive it. I’ve been told “the check’s in the mail”!! Someone needs to explain to me what’s going on, where’s my $30 and why’s it taking so long. Though the doctors seen that day were accommodating, I’ll never return to Prisma as their business practices SUCK!

Making the appointment was super easy online and I was able to fill forms out at home. I checked in on my phone from the parking lot and only had to wait 5 minutes before we were seen by someone. Fast and easy and the staff was friendly. I will definitely go here again if I need to.
