The best full body work-out that does not lend to injury. I have lower back issues. Not only does it protect it, it strengthens it. I feel tone and not exhausted afterwards.

Such a great class! The owner and the instructor were extremely inviting and friendly! I came with a group of ladies, and they were super accommodating and welcoming. They made sure we had a seamless check-in and properly set up for class. The instructor was clear, patient, and made sure to guide us when needed. She did not make us feel out of place or inadequate because we were new. The regular attendees were also kind and helpful in learning the ropes. I would definitely go again!

the workout is super hard for me but I really like it!! :) i would suggest to check some videos on youtube about the “terms†used during the classes (especially, tuck). It will make things easier :)

I've been a member at traditional gyms and even done CrossFit type fitness. Pure Barre works muscles that I didn't know I had! Every class is a challenge but just as rewarding. It's a great workout in its own or a perfect addiction to other workouts/sports. The staff are really nice and super helpful.... not to mention supportive and encouraging. You'll be hooked immediately!

Every class is different, awesome instructors. Very patient with new beginners but still make classes challenging for people with more experience.
