This place is the worst store in the city of Greenville. They’re always rude. They lie about the return policy. They sold me these worn shoes and refuse to take them back even tho’ I brought them right back the next day. This place should be closed until something better can fill the space.. It has no place in the community. It exudes nothing good. I should’ve went to Target for better quality shoes at the same price with better service.

Had a coupon from an original receipt and a return receipt couldn't use them because they wasn't attached to the receipt but they were cut by the associates at the counter

This location employees are not professional at all!!! No help looking for things, no thank you for shopping at Rainbows when you check out. The employees are going so fast they’re forgetting the attitude they’re showing. I’d go to cherrydale!

Worst customer service ever the associate in this store( KG) was on her phone using the speakerphone might I add talking to her son and grandson. The son was cursing all while she supposed to be helping me. So unprofessional she ended up overcharging me for an item that I asked her did she ring up correctly and she said yes nope she didn't. Called the store nice lady answer and told me to bring the items and the manager would look into it. Long story short went to the store get refund first thing out the rude associates (MI) mouth was it's policy the tags must be on for a refund of overpayment really that makes no sense. I told her that they overcharged me her reply was I didn't overcharge you anything. Well first off if you work here you represent the company so yes you all.

From now on I will order online. I went to this location today and they were supposed to be open at 10 am. I was there with 3 other women, and the store associate came to the door, and said "I can't open the store until another person is here." She locked the door and went about her business. It took the other person 15 minutes to get there, and they let us in a few minutes later, there was no "We're sorry for the inconvenience" or nothing! Just opened the door with an attitude and walked off. I like Rainbow, but their worker's need training on how to be nicer to their customers. I will either order online or go to another location.

Ghetto!!!! My first and LAST time shopping here. Even the cheapest stores allows returns on merchandise. Why have a tag indicating you can return something if you can't. No signs displayed that bodysuits are final sale, that in itself would have changed my mind on shopping here in the first place. Customer service to file a complaint is a joke as well. So save yourself time & money from this place. I would rather spend a few extra dollars somewhere else and be at ease of being allowed to return something that's to big & faulty

Since the Pandemic began, the dressing rooms were no longer accessible and it seems they never will be again. The sizing of the clothes vary and it has become a hassle to purchase clothes, go home to try them on, and then HAVE to return the clothes in 7 days to get a full refund in the same form of payment. If you wait any longer, it's store credit.I've never had an issue with the associates in the store, but I take issue with the extreme inconvenience of guessing what size you are in store. Had I had access to try the clothes on, I would know my size and walk away with a sale with no intent of returning. There are larger stores who still have "Vid" safety measures in place, but allow you to try on.I think corporate should rethink their business model if keeping the dressing rooms closed is store wide policy. Unfortunately, you've lost a long time customer and from other reviews I've read on numerous sites, other people are beginning to follow suit.Edit: While I appreciate your response, the issue here is the sizing. Ordering online will not help either when the sizing varies as widely as it does. To have to order a minimum of $75 worth of clothes isn't convenient either. The dressing rooms made it easier to figure out what fit and to be satisfied with the purchase rather than having to spend a lot of money just to return it all the next day. I haven't had any success with Rainbow since they closed their dressing rooms 2 years ago and it makes people not want to "guess" what fits anymore. It's simply "inconvenient."

I went in today looking for an outfit workers are rude and not highly productive or helpful asked for a shoe in display and was told that it should be in the back ( perfect description right lol) but then when another employee was asked she said it's an old shoe and they didn't know where the other one is so I don't know if they really couldn't find it or they just didn't feel like looking for it if they can't find it and it's old they need to take it off display on top of that I felt rushed to shop I found my outfit but didn't purchase anything else this was my first time in this one and I won't be going back I'll stick to the one in Cherrydale
