Nick navigated this complexity with ease, we never missed a deadline, had our house under contract on the first day on market, overcame all the little gremlins that are inherent in these types of transactions. “They give people a chance in my experience. She rents out old trailers but she really does try to keep them up. She has hundreds of homes and sometimes it takes a few phone calls but they do come out and fix things and their maintenance team does a good job, again this is my opinion from my experience with them. most of the trailers are old but they are very very reasonable in price, She isn't a slumlord they just have a lot of homes. My trailer didn't look the best outside but the inside was really decent and no bugs.Again this is my experience.”
