“I could not more highly recommend Lindsey Saunders! She is the ultimate in professionalism, dedication and reliability. Her knowledge of all aspects of real estate is masterful! I believe I have a unique perspective regarding Lindsay, as I used her as my buyer’s agent on two houses, 4 miles apart in Greenville, within 9 months of each other. The first house I purchased, Lindsey helped me buy it for $19,900 under market, as a cash sale. I was not even in the state of South Carolina, and she made everything happen. She knew the best inspectors, contractors, you name it, Lindsey had contacts for it. I was extremely impressed with that, and it helped so much. The sellers and their agent on that property were very honorable, had all repairs that came up on the inspection reports done in a timely manner, and escrow closed flawlessly. I flew in from the West Coast to be there at the closing, all parties, sellers, and their agent and myself and my agent, and the attorney all sat together, and the escrow could not have gone more smoothly. Conversely, nine months later, a house came on the market that I fell in love with, and I put in a nearly list price offer, it was listed at 265,000, and I put in a 260,000 all cash offer with quick close of escrow. What should have been a very simple process, with the sellers benefiting from me having cash, which of course eliminates what often happens when escrows fall out, which is that potential buyers’ funding ends up having issues and does not come through. I had proof of funds, and an excellent agent as my buyers agent, Lindsey Saunders. Unfortunately, The sellers did not have an excellent seller’s agent, in fact quite the opposite. It turned what should have been quick and easy, with a very fast close of escrow, into a months-long ordeal. It fell out of escrow because the sellers would not pay to make the repairs that came up on the inspection reports. It was removed from the market for over a month, and Lindsay Saunders kept her eye on it for me. A month later, it came back on the market, listed at the same price. Lindsey gave me great advice all along, and made me realize that I was likely paying more for the house than I should, but if I truly loved it, that was worth a lot. We had many, many conversations, and her knowledge and finesse impressed me so much.The first time this house fell out of escrow, I was out of the country and did not have good phone reception, and Lindsey took care of everything for me! We also had some wrinkles on the day the house was to close escrow (the second time after falling out the first) and Lindsey Saunders kept a cool head, advised me appropriately, and the house did end up closing escrow. Lindsey Saunders really saved the day for me on this, because I truly did want the house, I had fallen in love with it, I loved the neighborhood, and everything about it. I truly believe that a less-experienced and/or less capable agent would not have been able to salvage this purchase and close of escrow. LINDSAY SAUNDERS is unparalleled in the field of real estate, and whether you are buying or selling, I highly recommend you use Lindsay. “They give people a chance in my experience. She rents out old trailers but she really does try to keep them up. She has hundreds of homes and sometimes it takes a few phone calls but they do come out and fix things and their maintenance team does a good job, again this is my opinion from my experience with them. most of the trailers are old but they are very very reasonable in price, She isn't a slumlord they just have a lot of homes. My trailer didn't look the best outside but the inside was really decent and no bugs.Again this is my experience.”
