The food was not seasoned. The corn beef was too hard. The Crab salad was delicious. The country style steak was too salty.

Not many cafeterias left. Plenty of salad and dessert options plus the regular and daily entrees and veggies. Waitress kept our ice tea glasses full and very helpfup.

The staff was very friendly. I've experienced Southern Cooking all my life, and even though it wasn't close to home cooking, it's pretty close. It's not like other restaurants, where they are basically unwrapping and reheating Sysco products, this place seems to take real ingredients and makes dishes in house. There were so many selections, I ended up over spending and it seemed I needed 2 people to carry my tray. Thanks to the waiter at Sticky Fingers for recommending it.

It's like a phenomenon. I have been in this town my whole life. And I'm kicking myself now for never having come to this eatery. Food was great!! Service was beyond compare... In the atmosphere well it felt like I was back at Grandma's kitchen when I was a kid... As a matter of fact I will make this a weekly stop for me and my family. They'll be looking for us Friday night baby cuz I am there. I think S&S should be a Landmark a historical site even. I think it should be in the protected species category of restaurants. You go guys... You have my vote for the next President.Vegetarian options: I can say this for all the meat eaters and vegetarians out there this place is well-balanced for both.Parking: I didn't have a problem entering or exiting the parking lot not to mention it's at a busy intersection so it was great pay attention to what you're doing and obey all traffic laws, and you will be just fine.Kid-friendliness: Most definitely I've seen all sorts of children there from cary- all's to high chairs to student drivers.. very very family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes

I’m just gonna be honest I come here every once in awhile and I’ve always loved this place but the food is cold and doesn’t taste good and they need to wear hair nets if they gonna work in the food industry cause there was hair in my jello, and the best thing about this place is the waitress she is a sweet
