Bad Customer ServiceAt SALLY BEAUTY they never greet you, acknowledge your presence, recommend products, so I’m not surprised. Today 12/4 this particular store has a sign on the front door advertising free color consults. I walked in looking for colors they have and noticed one lady on the register helping customers and no other associate. After looking for the colors and products [I researched on my own] I asked the lady at the register some questions and she was nice and answered. The problem is I noticed a woman with a hat watching me on the other side of the aisle. I figured she was shopping so I didn’t think anything of it until I got to the register. The same woman with the hat was standing behind the register talking and chatting it up with the cashier who I spoke with earlier. Looks like the hat girl that was hiding and watching me would rather stalk me through the store than walk up and ask if I need help?! As a consumer take your business elsewhere unless you want to be stalked through the store by a grown woman to busy stalking you or talking at the register not working to ask if you need assistance!

I'm leaving a review for this Sally's LocationI came to sally's specifically for nail stuff on 09/02/2023The cashier decided to help me when I already knew where things were It was very awkward us to just standing in the middle of the aisle.She decided to babysit me in the aisle until I left the store.Which is why I will not be coming back.I want to shop in peace without somebody.Babysitting me throughout the aisle that I shop through.I've had my Sally's account for at least 8 years and never had this experience at this store.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an outstanding experience at Sally's Beauty Supply! We arrived at the store just as the manager was locking up, but to our delight, she noticed us and promptly unlocked the door. It's truly refreshing to find someone who goes above and beyond in today's fast-paced world. She not only helped us with a hair spray recommendation, but she also dedicated extra time to ensure our membership benefits were utilized for a perfect hair color match. Even though the desired product wasn't in stock, she went the extra mile by suggesting an alternative and even promised to personally follow up after checking tomorrow's truck delivery. This level of service is truly commendable and left us thoroughly impressed. Sally's Beauty Supply has definitely won us over with their exceptional customer care and attention to detail. We'll be eagerly awaiting that call and can't wait to return for all our beauty needs. Kudos to the manager and making our visit truly memorable!Send a message

This store does not open at 10am like it’s supposed to. Right now it’s after 10 and people are out here waiting in their cars for the store to open. Two days ago it was the same thing, I arrived at 10:15am to see a Sally’s employees sitting on the ground by the door waiting for someone to unlock the door. This is so not cool or professional. Change your open time to 11am if absolutely no one can be to work on time.

Online it says the store opens at 10am, but wasn’t open at 10. I understand that occasionally I the morning can get away from us in one way or another. So, I decided to go grab a coffee and come back. It’s now 11am and the store is still not open.

I received an email stating my order was ready for pickup. When I went the next day, the store was closed during normal store hours. There was not a note posted that they were not opening that day and their voicemail also did not state they would not be open. When I called corporate, they had not been notified of any issues and were not able to cancel my order.

I called and called no one ever answered (7:15pm)so drove up there because it states online they close at 8pm they’re closed. They need to update the hours because this is the second time there online hours have been wrong.

Cause what type of business shuts completely down for a break inconveniencing others due to there lack of operation this is not fair yes we all need a break but this is crazy they should have appropriate shifts I’m livid two stars because I actually have great finds here

Tonight was my second visit into this Sally’s despite it being across town for me because of how amazing my experience was at this store last night. Last night I was greeted by Ora (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who was eager to help me find a product to correct my hair color and try something new. She was quite literally my hype man (or rather woman) and just gave me an all around great experience and provided me with quality products. Tonight I returned after deciding to change directions with how I was going to continue coloring my hair and I was greeted by Brianna (again, hope I am spelling her name correctly) who was just as eager to offer advice and product recommendations. She was incredibly personable and was not just eager to help, but excited for me and my hair transformation and the direction I wanted to go in. Both nights I have walked out personally touched by these women’s devotion to providing the best service and expertise so that I can have the utmost satisfaction in the results. I will never not come across town to this Sally Beauty and I hope these women know how much I appreciate them and their help.

I called and had questions about hair products for my daughter. The product I was asking about was not available but the store associate Ora proceeded to offer an alternate product and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. I was quite amazed because I’ve gone in there quite a few times and I had never been educated on what’s in the products and how products work in the hair the way I was when speaking to Ora. She informed me that she was quite new to the store. Well Sally’s I must say you guys did an AMAZING job hiring her. KEEP HER!

The worker did not stand 6 feet away from me when i was looking for a product. I did not ask for help and she was not even a foot away from me.

Had what I needed but the teenage girls employed here were gossiping in the back and I had to yell for service when I was ready to check out. Could have walked out with the stuff if I was a worse person. Pay attention to your customers.
