buyer beware!!!!! i have a four year old bed that will not go flat, so i basically have a $6000 twin bed and cannot get anyone to respond to a service request!!!

The bed is great until you need service and are out of the warranty period. They charge $150 just to schedule an appt and then send out inept delivery drivers to try and troubleshoot the issue. My bed still loses air on one side and can't be slept on..... I regret paying $3500 for the bed and will now be throwing it away as I don't have confidence they can fix the problem without another large outlay of cash....Beware after the bed is out of warranty !!

The employees were amazing and very knowledgeable on anything you asked them. They were also very helpful when picking a bed. This stores(Greenville) probably has the best employees in the upstate. Thank you Charles Kay( sales rep at Greenville sleep number). He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude just great. Also helped me choose my bed and gave me the sleep number experience.

Michelle at the store was extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern is that we went in to the store to buy a new bed for the master then decided to also get one for the spare room. We left with a quote to decide which bed for the spare room, which included free setup. We called the next day to let her know our decision but she was off. We called the following day and set an appointment for the next day. When we go there to place the order for two beds, we were suddenly informed there was a setup fee now. We were told the free setup was only through the day she was off. We weren’t told about that at our first visit or we would have ordered from another sales person the day she was off.

My husband and I went to the Greenville Sleep Number store without really knowing what we were getting into while looking for a new mattress. Charles was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, and nice throughout our shopping process. I wish we could work with him when buying everything else in life. I’m unable to comment on the delivery process or actual mattress yet because we’ve only just bought it and are awaiting delivery.

The folks we spoke with at the store were delightful. They were kind, knowledgeable and personable. That said, in the past, we have not had the best experience with Sleep Number. We used to have a Sleep Number bed, but replaced it with a different kind, and will not go back. We were looking for pillows and decided to give theirs a try. One was soft, but when we laid on it, there was great support, so we purchased it. However, the one we purchased is NOT the same as what we tried in the store. The one we have is so thick, we can't sleep on it. Our spinal alignment is way off. The other pillow we bought is the one with the air valve. The first night I had it, I tried to open the valve to press some air out, so it wouldn't be so high. It had worked fine in the store. At home, with this new one, the air valve came completely out in my hand! I got it back in, but every time I squeezed out some air and closed the valve, it didn't stay that way. It slowly filled back up, to the point I woke up during the night with neck and shoulder pain. I had to switch it for an old pillow.We'll see how the in-home trial goes. This may be the end of my experience with Sleep Number. Period.

Store sells sleep number beds exclusively. Spent about 2 hours in store with a very knowledgeable sales representative. We tried out 4 different beds and decided on the memory foam split king with mechanical base. All questions were answered in detail and there was no pressure sales tactics. Had to change delivery dates a couple of times due to getting new carpet in first as most carpet installers will not move these types of beds.
