Do Not order anything from their website!! I ordered laptops and the day they were to be delivered I get a email stating my order had been canceled. I called the number that was provided and was told that my information could not be verified. When asked why the lady could not say why they couldn't verify my information. They had my phone number, email home and work address and yet I was never contacted for any type of verification. The sad part is Amazon had it cheaper. Lesson learned.

Staples has a sign posted outside with store hours being open from 10am - 7pm on Saturday. It is currently 10:28 am and they still haven't came to open the door

This Staples is posted on Google as opening at 12am instead of 12pm on Sundays so I’ve been sitting outside waiting since like 11:30 and at least 7 cars of people have came and left. Missing a lot of business due to inaccurate hours posted online.

Closed seven minutes early on Sunday. I rushed here after work just to print a document and they had just closed up and where chatting in the parking lot.

I was at the self printing and the 3rd copy machine was not working. I had already inserted my credit card for pre-pay. When I asked for the machine to be turned off and on to clear my card, she was very helpfulThen I decided to shop the clearance section. Found a curriculum book and electric stapler. No prices. Explained to cashier 2073061 I wanted to know the price before buying. I accepted the sale prices and bought 3 additional items. Here is my beef…why don’t your employees let the customer choose how I want my receipt. If you don’t want to give me that option, remove itI want electronic. I NEVER get electronic. They have to redo the entire order for me to choose. Come on Staples. I spend enough money at his store that I should get to select that option

Erica in the print shop is helpful, professional, efficient and very kind in her dealings with customers and her other associates as I observed. I had problem printing something, and she did not give up till I had my documents in hand .

I ran for an officer position in a work organization and was told on a Tuesday afternoon that if I wanted to send out a mailing I needed to have it ready and to the committee to approve and mail out by Wednesday afternoon. I called to make sure they could get it done by lunch time the next day so I had time to affix postage and make the 3:30 Wednesday deadline. They were very helpful and told me they would get it to me that morning. The girl was by herself and very busy but she managed to go out of her way to help make sure I met my deadline by having them ready around noon. Great job thanks!

Staples needs to give it up and quit pretending that they are a partner to small business. Everything in the store is in disarray and over-priced. I simply needed a pack of spiral notebooks. Didn’t exist. Have to buy them separately and at a higher cost. Couldn’t find anyone in the store to help so I did 10,000 steps around the store looking for my item. Got to the checkout and there were 8 people in line and a worker mumbling into her mask trying to get her scanner to work.I left and went to Walgreens for what I needed.

The manager ripped a product out of my hand and called me “rude” and I have no idea as to why. When I asked what I had done to be rude, she had no response and walked away.. More confused than angry but what a terrible experience. Regardless I won’t be back.

Today (6/8/22) I stopped by the Staples store 1800 @Cherrydale to make several copies. Like many businesses, Staples was very short staffed. There was only one young lady working in the print dept.and there were several customers who came around the same time yet, the young lady working that dept was very nice and very very patient as she single handedly waited on each customer in a very professional manner. She was so kind and helpful and never lost her cool or became frustrated as it seems that several of us needed her help in the self service copy area at the same time. She came and offered assistance to each of us and was very pleasant in helping us and then she went back and waited on the line of other customers at her station and still kept a very good attitude the entire time. I admired her as she took care of each customer.My copies did not print to my liking because the copier was low on toner and she was very nice to reprint them for me. This young lady deserves a big thank you for the kindness that she displayed as she worked to take care of her customers. Staples you are blessed to have this young lady as your employee. It is because of the caring attitude that she showed her customers that I will return to Staples.I did not get her name but I am so thankful for the customer service the very nice and patient young lady provide me with on today! In a world where it seems as tho great customer service has been thrown out the door these days; this young lady definitely understood her assignment. As hard as she worked today she definitely deserves a raise !! Any employer would love to have her!

This place has not enough people working to provide good service in the printing area. Most if the time it has a line that is too long. Last visit there the young man working lost my son's craft he made that I left to get laminated. That cannot be reproduced. I left it for 2 days and during that time it didn't get laminated and was lost. I'm not sure what is wrong with all the stores in the area of that strip along with the Petco having such issues.

Ordered a printer on 8/31. It never came, then the store wouldn’t refund the money. The fill in manager here said “no one here knows what they are doing and you can’t trust them”. Seems like this location needs some MAJOR attention. Meanwhile we are out 280 dollars and no printer still.
