I had a great experience at this Starbucks location! Ray was so wonderful and helpful! I was unsure when I arrived on what to order, she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect drink :-)

I ordered a coffee traveler today and the cashier said it would be 30 minutes. It ended up being maybe 3-4 minutes longer and the sweet girl apologized and gave me a gift card for a free drink! She was also very helpful and packed up the traveler with lots of sugars and cream! It was nice to see someone that still has a good work ethic and I wanted to recognize good customer service!

The employees are always nice and welcoming; most of them remember my name and my usual orders. I just wish they would do something about cars cutting in line at the drive through. The drive through is supposed to wrap around the building, but the amount of times I've been cut off by cars entering the drive through line from the opposite side parking lot area has gotten frustrating (one car almost T-boned me by gunning it to get to the drive through speaker before me).

I ordered a hot macha latte and when I open the lid I saw a fly floating on the surface. I really worry the hygiene in their operation platform. Please be careful. I hope you will not get it.

September 9th 2023 I visit this location around 12:40-1:00 and upon my entrance I ordered a (Venti Hot Caramel Macchiato) with oatmilk the young man that fix my drink I simply seen with my two eyes he put five pumps of vanilla to a HOT macchiato which supposedly have only (four)to a Venti (hot caramel macchiato)and then on top of it he put extra extra caramel which I didn't request anything extra, when I received my drink . I took a sip of it and it was ABSOLUTELY TOO SWEET. I asked him to make it over him and the Hispanic guy laughed in this case, this isn't a laughing matter this young guy simply did it again with a attitude exactly the same way Too sweet. so asked for my money back, if they would simply make the drink accordingly to the recipe that would eliminate some of their problems, but surprisingly when a customer suggests their drink to be made accordingly to the recipe the employer gets mad, from my experience I advise people to record situations like this, I'm a customer like anybody else that spends there money in Starbucks shouldn't have to experience (witnessing) as such. I asked for money back, the Hispanic guy gave me my refund I told him that it's important for his employees to follow the handbook.

First visit. EVERY associate was kind, polite, and professional. Thank you all for a great visit. Lets be clear, it wasn't the name of the company that made the difference, it was the working people of the company that made the difference.

I just left and I was very impressed with everyone on the staff this morning, but stephanie, who took my order, was so nice and welcoming. I will go out of my way to visit this location.
