The service here was wonderful! The interior design was beautiful, and the drink was yummy. While ordering, my barista was very kind and actually had a conversation with me. I did not feel rushed and he was very helpful. My drink came out quickly. My friends order was made incorrectly but when she asked them to remake it they apologized and didn't give her any trouble. Her drink was remade correctly. We decided to sit outside but the tables were dirty so we asked for a rag to wipe them off. The barista said oh I'm so sorry I will be out in one minute to wipe them down. He was so kind and wiped our table for us overall satisfied with my experience

Yesterday these people tried to ignore I was ordering and today wasn't much different except that after I got my order taken (a vinti Americano- a simple coffee) I sat down and was patiently waiting while I noticed car after car roll through receiving their orders and person after person ordering at the register inside getting their orders while I was still waiting on a coffee. I tried to remain patient until someone approached the register and got a coffee within under 2 minutes! Eventually I snapped and demanded my coffee which was then given to me not more than about 2 minutes later. Make up all the excuses you want to try to make yourselves look good but at the end of the day this Starbucks has a clique of lowlifes that'll be excited to know they lost a regular customer who's never coming back.Maybe that was the plan- aggravate me enough to get rid of me , prominently since I'm obviously homeless. Whatever your reason I'm done with starbucks period!

This Starbucks is *slow*—not in terms of time to make your order, but in terms of mental capacity. The order was taken as if someone was a few frapps short of a cino, and both drinks were made the same way: one two inches from the top of the drink, the other like a hot fudge sundae. Perhaps Starbucks needs to bring a training day back to this location.

Most of the staff are very friendly, they know me and my daily drink too ??... I love my Vt Ic Tst V Oat E "but" I change oat milk for whole milk is delicious...

I was just here and I had to wait in the drive through for 16 minutes to get a chai cream Frappuccino and a buttered croissant toasted. I finally came to the front of the line and asked what happened, the window personnel said oh sweetie I had to take my 10 min break. They did not have anyone else cover his spot or what’s going on. Then he proceeded to give me my croissant cold and then got my drink order wrong twice. I am in disbelief this is the type of workers you have at this facility. He could’ve simply apologised for the inconvenience and made sure my drink was the correct one. I am a regular customer there I love when Amanda and Eli work because they always make sure the customer leaves happy but this time I came in the afternoon and it was horrible.

Starbucks definitely had my favorite coffee, but the service at this particular location is SLOW. 15 mins for 2 coffees? Our breakfast sandwiches even came out quicker. By the way, someone wake up the drug addict sleeping in the corner leather chair. I'll stick to my local one off Pelham

Stopped in at this location on Pete Hollis Blvd today and was refreshed by the happy upbeat personality that came through the drive through speaker. We ordered a tall white mocha Hot and drove around to see the attendant at the window and they had the warmest smile with wonderful customer service. I’m talking about the attendant named Barb. Starbucks give Barb a raise and leadership role because on customer service alone it was earned today! Great job Barb!!
