They drop my road side assistance ? I didn't know if I was to use it 5 times in 2-3 months they would drop it. Never heard of anything like that. They should warn people. They have the best rates!

State Farm itself is great. However, I really do worry for how pushy they are towards changing of policies. If I want to change my policy there should be no problem at all.

I was happy with this office for several years. But now the agent is never in the office, He's got one person running it for him. Even state farm corporate couldn't get my problem handled. I'm not crazy about state farm as a company. I definitely would not recommend this agent.

Update July 2021I continue to be pleased with the professionalism of Sean Feliciano'sstaff, particularly Catherine Smith. She always takes time to answer my questions in an accurate and timely manner. She personalized State Farm for me in a most positive way.We learned of Sean Feliciano after our State Farm agent had retired and closed her office. We were welcomed with open arms. We initially had a review of our policies and were able to save some money because of the review. Whenever I call needing information Cathy is there to immediately help out. Over the years I have called several times and have always received timely and knowledgeable responses. I have been with State Farm all of my adult life and I can say that State Farm and Sean Feliciano and his staff are first rate.
