I stop by this subway often and have never had any room to complain. Today March 3rd at 5:30pm I encountered possibly the worst customer service at any establishment I ever have. The Employee let me stand and wait to order while on a FaceTime in one of the booths, then complained that I didn’t go to the store down the road. Throughout making my order, the disrespect continued. Overall it wasn’t the worst sandwich I’ve ever had.

On 2/10 around 4:45pm, my sister and I went to this subway to get 3 subs. From entering the store, the atmosphere didn’t come off as friendly. There were 3 employees working that day, I’ll use pseudonyms because I didn’t get their names. Let’s say Abby, Tom, and Tim. Abby was abrasive, rude and condescending the entire time we were there and she rung our order up wrong and charged us for the wrong amount at the end. Her customer service is poor and needs work. Tom was the only nice employee there and it was his first day on the job, according to the owner who came in halfway through our time in the store. Tim wasn’t nice or not nice, he was average on customer service. However, he took way too long to make our subs. It took him like 5 minutes to make ONE of the subs, no over exaggeration! (And he was only in charge of cutting the bread and laying the cheese/meats). There was no warmth or welcoming presence toward us as customers. Instead, the customer experience was cold, condescending, and unpleasant. Which led me to this one star review. Also, we were charged for the wrong subs! Maybe if abby took the time to apply a modicum of customer service she would have noticed how to charge us for the correct subs!

Placed an online curbside pick up ; arrived at 1:13 for my scheduled pick up at 1:15. Watched lots of customers be waited on inside the store while waiting on my curbside order to be brought out. Never was. Called to ask, never answered the phone. Finally went in and my order was sitting with DoorDash, etc. - what is the point of curbside if you still have to go in to pick up your order?

This subway doesn't honor subways franchise coupons. No BOGO, theres a sign clearly postedYou decided to opt out of the promotions from subway so everyone should opt out from visiting this location. I would recommend going a half mile down agusta to the other location, they dont make up their own rules.

Ordered two subs (turkey and rotisserie chicken) through the app, and the kind and efficient staff had them ready shortly even during lunch time.
